He picked up the drink on the table and took a sip. Qiao Xing then handed him some skewers. Unable to refuse her hospitality, Qin Ce forced himself to eat a few skewers.
As the night wore on, Wang Ye's barbecue stall became increasingly crowded, and there weren't enough tables for everyone.
Qiao Xing looked around at the people and said in surprise, "I didn't expect the barbecue skewer business to be so good?"
Qin Ce said, "Today is Friday."
"I see." Everyone has time on Friday, and with Linlin as our mascot, and this being a university town, many young couples can't help but have some romantic thoughts when they see such a cute and sensible child.

She sat back down.

In all the time Qiao Xing had been in Chongqing, the only car he had ever seen Jiang Wang drive was this flashy Ferrari.
Before Qin Ce could speak, Jiang Wang got out of the car, accompanied by a tall, long-legged beauty.
The woman covered her mouth and nose, saying with a hint of disgust, "Honey, is this all you brought me to eat?"
Jiang Wang twirled his car key ring, looking around. "You don't like it?"
The woman immediately took his arm and pressed herself against him, saying, "It's too unhygienic, but I'll like anything I eat with you."
Jiang Wang immediately put his arm around the woman's waist and walked to one of the tables of guests. "Go, move aside."
The group of guests at that table consisted of five college students. When they saw Jiang Wang's posture, some of them were about to get up and leave, but others, hot-blooded and fearless, pulled the person back.
"Where are you going? We haven't finished eating yet, you can't leave."
"Heh, you little brat, who do you think you are? I'll say it again, get out of my way, you hear me?"
The people at that table were advising the man to leave, saying it was better to avoid trouble and there was no need to argue with such a person.
But the boy was also stubborn; he was clearly the leader of their group. He refused to get up and the two sides were deadlocked.
Jiang Wang's temper flared up instantly.
Wang Ye and Bai Yi noticed it too. Bai Yi's expression changed, while Wang Ye dropped what he was holding and ran over to persuade her.
"Young Master Jiang, what brings you here? Shall I get you a table?"
Jiang Wang glanced at him and snorted coldly, "I'm going to sit here. Tell them to get out of my way!"
"What difference does it make where I sit? Young Master Jiang, please spare me, I've only been sitting here for two days."
"I just can't stand them, screw you!" Jiang Wang was too lazy to argue with him, pushed aside the beautiful woman next to him, grabbed the table and was about to overturn it.
The next second, Qiao Xing grabbed his arm. "Young Master Jiang, we're about to leave. Why don't you come sit with us?"
Jiang Wang was taken aback when he heard Qiao Xing's voice.
He glanced back at Qiao Xing, then looked behind her, and saw Qin Ce sitting there. His arrogance instantly vanished by half.
He chuckled sheepishly as he carefully placed the table back on the table. "Sister-in-law, you should have told me you were here earlier. Why would I have bothered fighting with these idiots for a spot?"
Upon hearing the word "idiot," the boy immediately tried to stand up, but was held back by his companion.
Qiao Xing forced a smile. "Then let's go."
Jiang Wang clapped his hands. "Okay, I definitely have to have a drink with Brother Ce."
Qiao Xing secretly breathed a sigh of relief. Fortunately, he hadn't left, thus avoiding a bloody disaster.
However, she was suspicious. What was Jiang Wang doing in a place like this? He didn't seem to be here to support Wang Ye's business; he seemed more like he was here to cause trouble.
Jiang Wang walked over to Qin Ce's table with a smile. Seeing that there were two unopened bottles of wine on the table, he picked them up, opened them, and handed one to Qin Ce.
"Brother Ce, what a coincidence! You even managed to curry favor with me in such a remote corner. Come on, let's have a toast."
Qin Ce didn't answer, he just stared at him.
Jiang Wang didn't feel embarrassed at all. He put the wine on the table with a grin, drank the whole can himself, and even let out a burp after finishing it.
He saw the skewers on the table and clicked his tongue in disgust, "What kind of rubbish is this? It's all burnt. Won't it kill someone?"
Qiao Xing touched his nose. "I baked this. It was my first time, so I'm sorry."
Jiang Wang was stunned again. He picked up a squid tentacle and asked, "Did your sister-in-law grill this? Let me try it."
After saying that, he took a bite, swallowed it with a strange and difficult expression, and said insincerely, "Not bad, you're not dead."

Qin Ce stood up and said, "Take your time eating, we're leaving."
