Chapter 779 What a coincidence!
Wang Ye didn't want to ride in Zhou Hui's car. It wasn't that he had any issues with Zhou Hui, but mainly because they weren't familiar with each other and Wang Ye didn't want to owe her a favor.

Wang Ye hung up the phone, looked at Zhou Hui, hesitated for a moment, and finally got into the car.

When Bai Yi first saw it, he thought it was a taxi and Zhou Hui was the driver.

After getting out of the car, Wang Ye thanked Zhou Hui, "Ms. Zhou, thank you for bringing me here."
"You're welcome. I originally wanted to eat here too."
Wang Ye was taken aback.
Zhou Hui laughed and said, "What's wrong? You don't believe me? You don't think I'm deliberately getting close to you, that's why I'm saying this, do you?"

Zhou Hui smiled and said, "You may not remember me. Our magazine interviewed President Xiao Lin before. When we went to the company, you were the one who received me and my colleague."
Bai Yi racked her brains but still couldn't recall ever seeing Zhou Hui. She said apologetically, "I'm sorry, it's been a while, I don't remember."
During that period, the branch was so busy that Bai Yi sometimes forgot to eat, let alone remember people like Zhou Hui whom he had only met once.
Zhou Hui smiled generously, "It's alright, it's fate that we met here."
After the two introduced themselves, Wang Ye said to Bai Yi, "She's the one I told you about, my cousin's sister-in-law's younger sister."

"Yes, I didn't expect that either."
Bai Yi said politely, "Miss Zhou, are you alone? Why don't you sit down and eat with us? We haven't ordered yet."
When Wang Ye heard Bai Yi invite Zhou Hui, he immediately looked at her in shock.
Didn't she say she was inviting him to dinner? Why is she inviting a complete stranger she doesn't even remember?
Actually, Bai Yi was just being polite. Since he knew Wang Ye, she didn't want to act too distant.
Moreover, she and Zhou Hui knew each other before.
But usually, in these situations, a perceptive person would say they wouldn't disturb your family of three's meal, or simply decline, indicating that they have other friends to meet.
Zhou Hui's words and actions were very generous, so Bai Yi thought that Zhou Hui was the kind of person who would say and do such things.
Even Wang Ye felt that Zhou Hui wasn't so outgoing as to actually sit down and eat with them.
But to their surprise, Zhou Hui actually agreed, "Okay."
Bai Yi was taken aback. She was a little surprised, but since she was the one who invited them, she couldn't just turn them away.
She quickly regained her composure and called the waiter over.
