Yang Jingyu winced in pain and nearly jumped up.
He clutched his arm and glared at Qin Anning. "What's it to you? Can't I even laugh?"
Qin Anning looked at him coldly, "Then don't smile at me like a pervert."
Yang Jingyu snorted.

Qin Anning's phone suddenly rang. She took it out and saw that it was Qiao Xing calling.
She quickly answered the phone, "Hello, Mom."
"I heard you're back. Have you arrived yet?"
Qin Anning paused for a moment, glanced at Bai Lin and Yang Jingyu across from her, and smiled, "You're back. Having dinner with my cousin."
"You came back without telling us, and you even said you'd come pick you up," Qiao Xing's slightly annoyed voice came through the phone.
Qin Anning gave an awkward smile, "I wanted to give you a surprise."
"Well, it seems we've waited in vain. You go ahead and eat."
Qin Anning hung up the phone and sighed.

Yang Jingyu said, "Shall we go back then?"
Bai Lin nodded, "Let's go, I'll take you back."
