Watching Wan'er still fumbling around, displaying an unwavering determination to find her pet, the little prince was already frantic. He looked down at himself and suddenly realized that the feel of his hand touching his sweater was similar to fur; perhaps he could fool her. He'd get past this first, then think of another way…
Without further ado, after a flurry of activity, the little prince put on Wan'er's sweater. When he buttoned it up and looked down at himself, he was instantly bewildered.
The sweater looked casual and spacious on Wan'er, but when worn by myself, the long sleeves became three-quarter sleeves, and it felt tight and uncomfortable all over.
However, at this moment, the little prince seemed to care no more about all that. He stretched his neck and tugged at the sweater that barely covered his bottom.
She tiptoed forward cautiously, reached out and lifted the blanket, then moved to the other side of the bed. She even deliberately shifted her sweater-clad body forward a little…
At this moment, Wan'er stretched her arm forward and touched his chest. As if she had breathed a sigh of relief, Wan'er relaxed, her slightly furrowed brows stopped where she had touched, and then she continued to sleep soundly with her mouth slightly open...
Fortunately, this little fish-man was a heavy sleeper and seemed to have difficulty opening his eyes in the dark night.
When the little prince saw Wan'er's long eyelashes covering her eyelids, he secretly breathed a sigh of relief; she had finally managed to get through it.
But what should I do then? Dawn is almost here. If Wan'er sees me like this when it gets light, how am I supposed to explain it to her...?
Just as the Little Prince was at a loss, "Cluck cluck cluck!" The farm rooster outside the window began to crow crisply.
The rooster's crow was nothing out of the ordinary, but at that moment, it made the little prince's eardrums ache...
The next second, he felt his muscles contorting and his body shrinking...
A strange, tingling sensation quickly spread throughout my body.
The slight stimulation made the prince dizzy. He nervously raised a hand, as if preparing to do something. But the next second, his head slumped, and he instantly fell into a deep sleep…
"Smack!" Feeling something hit her hand, Wan'er turned her head, smoothed the hair on her face, and slowly opened her eyes. The light from outside the window had already climbed onto the headboard.
It's dawn, time to get up.
Still adjusting, Wan'er couldn't help but yawn, tilting her head back. She perked up, raised her hands, and slowly moved her upper body to the head of the bed, getting up to look around. The scene before her was somewhat chaotic.
The blanket was pulled back, and where the Little Prince should have been lying, there was instead her own coat and sweater, one sleeve of which had slipped down to the edge of the bed. The Little Prince was nowhere to be seen.
As always, the first thing to see is the Little Prince. Wan'er reached for the sweater, but it felt heavy inside, as if there was something there. She lifted the collar and looked down, and there was the Little Prince fast asleep inside.
This little guy won't cover himself with the blanket; he insists on lying inside my sweater. Wan'er was a bit angry. She pulled the sweater hard, leaving the little prince on the blanket. The little prince moved his head, seemingly startled awake.
Wan'er picked up the sweater and smelled it. "Well, you sigh. Luckily, it doesn't smell bad, otherwise you'd be in trouble."
The Little Prince indeed opened his blue eyes and cautiously looked around. Then he looked at himself. Thankfully, I've returned to my cat form…
"Little Prince, go, get up quickly! Go see if your great-uncle and great-aunt are up yet?" Still feeling a bit lazy, Wan lay back down and looked up at the ceiling.
