“Okay, it’s settled then.” This time, Song Hye-kyo was very generous and agreed immediately.
Just intentionally or unintentionally, she quickly placed her right hand on the back of the Little Prince's pajamas, and a glimmer of light flowed from her fingertips, quickly drawing a strange pattern on the pajamas.
"Take me there!" Upon hearing this, the little prince turned around, his tone firm and his gaze deep. At that moment, Qiao Mei had already withdrawn her hand.
"Brother Mo Tian, close your eyes, hold my hand, and we'll be there in an instant." Qiao Mei's unexpectedly sweet and coquettish voice gave the little prince goosebumps all over.
Qiao Mei grabbed the little prince's arm, tilted her head, and glared at him with a defiant look in her eyes.
"Well," the little prince said, though he was a little uncomfortable at this point, he still closed his eyes in cooperation. "It's almost dawn, come and pick me up then. Please tell her how to find your old man."
"I'll arrange the meeting with the old man. Now, don't open your eyes, or I'll scare you." She turned and gripped the little prince's arm tightly, then wiped a stray strand of hair from her forehead.
He heard a "whoosh!" sound beside his ear. He felt no movement in his body, yet countless wriggling things twitched around him. The little prince pricked up his ears to listen...
"After dawn, there will be only one road here. At the end of the road is where my old man lives..." Qiao Mei whispered to the little prince.
“Okay, I will tell her.” The little prince nodded.
"You can open your eyes now, go in by yourself." At Qiao Mei's command, the little prince opened his eyes. Qiao Mei had already let go of his hand, and the little prince and she stood side by side in front of an iron gate.
Wow, that was fast! It felt like only a few seconds had passed, the little prince thought to himself in amazement.
"Clang!" The iron gate opened, and the little prince eagerly stepped into a small space. This space was like an elevator shaft, narrow, without windows, and the air was somewhat stuffy.
Before I could react, the iron gate behind me slammed shut with a "bang!"
The Little Prince didn't turn around, but he spotted a person sitting in the corner of the ground. This person was leaning against the wall, hugging her knees, and sitting on the ground. She was slumped to one side, and tears were still streaming down her face. Her long eyelashes drooped, and she seemed to be asleep.
"Wan'er," seeing that familiar face, so haggard and helpless, the little prince felt a pang of heartache. He took a few steps forward, quickly squatted down, reached out and pulled Wan'er into his arms, gently holding her. "Wan'er, don't be afraid. I'll stay here with you. You can go find him at dawn."
To make Wan'er more comfortable, the little prince shifted his body, sat on the ground, stretched out his legs, and hugged Wan'er completely. Seeing that there were still tear stains on Wan'er's face, the little prince raised his other hand and gently wiped away her tears.
The Little Prince's hand hadn't been lowered yet. In her dream, Wan'er reached out and grabbed him, placing her hand on the back of his hand. Wan'er's fingers were icy cold. The Little Prince turned his hand over and held her hand in his palm.
"Achoo!" Wan'er sneezed, looking like she had caught a cold. It was all her fault for arriving too late.
After all, in this illusion, Wan'er has no spiritual power and is just an ordinary girl.
Perhaps feeling the warmth, Wan'er buried her head deep in his arms.
"Mo Tian," Wan'er opened her mouth, sniffed, and exclaimed softly.
"Wan'er, you!" Oh no, now Wan'er has seen me hugging her...
