Chapter 189 The Little Prince is Missing

"Bang!" The door opened, and a blast of cold air, along with several figures, rushed into the living room.

"Thank goodness we arrived home safely, albeit without any major incident." Uncle led the way, with Wan'er supporting Su Li behind them. The three of them entered the living room one after another, turned on the lights, and although they looked disheveled, they all breathed a sigh of relief.

"Uncle, Uncle!" Wan'er took off her shoes and stood at the door, calling out loudly.

When Mercury didn't reply, Wan'er looked up and saw that the clock had already struck two in the morning. It seemed her uncle couldn't stay awake any longer and had fallen asleep.

"Let me sit down first." Under the bright lights, Uncle was the first to enter the living room, and he found a stool next to the coffee table and sat down...

“I…I think,” Su Li stood by the door, crossed her arms, looked down at herself, and looked somewhat embarrassed.

"Go wash up quickly, I'll get your clothes for you." Wan'er took a breath and pointed to the bathroom.

"Thank you, I'll go now." Su Li looked down and saw a pair of sandals next to her, so she put them on and walked inside.

Wan'er hurriedly went into the room, turned on the lights, opened the wardrobe, took out a set of her pajamas, and came out quickly.

Before Su Li closed the door, Wan'er put the clothes inside, saying, "You can wear my clothes for now."

"Thank you, Master." Su Li awkwardly reached out and accepted it.

"What 'master' or 'master'? This isn't ancient times. From now on, just call me Wan'er," Wan'er added from the doorway.

"How can that be?"

"Hurry up and wash, stop nagging!" Wan'er pointed to the faucet, put her hands on the door frame, squeezed herself into the door crack, and peeked into the washroom. "Since I am the master, I will order you to call me by my name from now on. Besides, these are special times, so we need to keep a low profile and not expose ourselves."

"That's true." Su Li nodded, a hint of shyness appearing on her face. "Then, Wan'er, may I ask you to leave now?"

"Go out?" Wan'er was taken aback, then realized what she meant and gave Su Li a flirtatious wink. "Oh, don't worry, I don't have any special hobbies. I need to go change my clothes too."

As Wan'er spoke, she reached out and closed the door. After passing through the living room, her uncle, who had been in the living room, also went into the next room.

Wan'er didn't pause, turning to walk towards her bedroom. She grabbed a set of pajamas, intending to change her wet clothes in the room. But when she turned around, she found the bed in disarray, and her uncle, Mercury, sprawled out on the bed. Why was her uncle sleeping in her bed? Wait, where's the little prince? Is he still asleep...?

Wan'er shook her head, grabbed her clothes, and went to the guest room on the other side. After quickly changing, she turned and went into her own bedroom. She lifted the blanket, but still couldn't see the little prince, his small figure...

"Uncle!" Wan'er cried out in alarm, raising both hands and pushing hard against Mercury's back.

The loud shouts and abrupt movements startled Mercury awake.

"Who, who?" He opened his eyes, jumped out of bed, and looked sleepily at Wan'er standing by the bed. He then rubbed his eyes. "Wan'er, why are you waking me up in the middle of the night? I'm having a good time eating delicious food in my dream."

"Eat something! Uncle, where's the little prince? I asked you to look after him!" Wan'er clenched her fists and widened her eyes.

"The Little Prince?" Mercury blinked, then remembered his mission. He quickly raised his hand and pointed to the blanket beside him, "Isn't he sleeping here? I was worried something might happen to him at night, so I've been keeping watch..."
