The Queen was surrounded by a fluorescent glow, beautiful and solemn. She looked at Mercury, her eyes filled with a soft and warm light.
"Mother Queen, you've finally come to see me again." Mercury's nose tingled, and tears welled up in her eyes. "Your child has missed you so much."
"My child, how could I not miss you? And here I am, here to congratulate you on regaining your true form. It hasn't been easy, my child." As Queen Percy spoke, she slowly raised her right hand and reached out to touch Mercury's face.
