Chapter 65 Su Mei seems like a different person

"As you instructed, I have already made the call, but my Xiaoli is stubborn and not so easily tamed, so I don't know if she will listen to me." As she said this, Su Mei's eyes were still glazed over, and her words and thoughts were completely out of control. She even said what she should have kept hidden deep in her heart.

"Hmph!" Hearing Su Mei's words, Qian Fo sneered inwardly. No matter what, she was just a human. Humans are greedy and selfish. He believed that no one could remain unmoved in the face of money and profit. Once she took the bait, there was no human that Qian Fo could not control. "Don't worry, I will take good care of your sister."

"Okay, I understand. I'll head back now." Upon hearing this, Su Mei turned around and walked towards the door.

“Wait, we can’t go back to her house.” Qianfo called out to her, waving a bunch of gleaming silver keys in his hand. “I’ve already bought you a house across the street from hers. Maybe this is more appropriate.”

“Oh,” Su Mei said expressionlessly, turning around and reaching out to remove the key hanging from his finger with a slight hook of her fingers…

Where did Su Mei go? Has she recovered? Wan'er was frantic, running through every corner of the hospital, searching again and again…

As she went downstairs and came to the lobby, just as she reached the door, she saw a familiar figure appear in the crowd not far away...

"Su Mei!" Wan'er was overjoyed and ran over, grabbing Su Mei's arm and looking her up and down with delight. "Where have you been? I've been looking for you for so long, and you didn't answer your phone. You look so good, are you all better?"

"Yes, I'm all better." Su Mei's expression was cold and strange. She stared straight ahead without looking at Wan'er. She simply raised her hand and pushed Wan'er's hands to the sides. "I'm fine and can be discharged from the hospital right away. I will pay you back all the medical expenses you paid for me."

"Let's not talk about money yet. Are you sure there's nothing wrong? Let's get her checked again." Wan'er reached out to support Su Mei, looking back at her complexion as they walked.

"I know my own body. I've had this happen before. I would suddenly faint, but I would be fine after a while. It was probably caused by fatigue and anemia." Su Mei took the elevator, went straight to the ward, found her clothes, and went to the next room to change.

"Meimei," Wan'er stopped her after she came out after changing her clothes, "Why do I feel like you're acting a little strange?"

"Ye Wan'er, don't meddle in other people's business," Su Mei slowly raised her eyes to look at Wan'er, her gaze dark, a red spot flashing briefly on her eyeball. "Fine, I won't live in your house anymore, and you don't need to try to kick me out."

"Su Mei, what are you saying? Did I just say that?" Su Mei wasn't usually this harsh, but today, not only was her speech harsh, but she also seemed to exude a faint aura of bloodlust.

Wan'er sniffed and reached out to take Su Mei's hand, only to be immediately surprised, "Your hands are so cold!"

"No, I just caught a gust of wind when I went out." Su Mei said, breaking free from Wan'er's grasp and turning to walk towards the door. "Help me with the discharge procedures, I'll go back now to get my luggage, and I'll leave the key in your room..."

"No, Su Mei, I didn't kick you out." Before he could say anything more, Su Mei had already left the room...

What's wrong with Su Mei? She seems like a completely different person...
