Chapter 92 The building is dilapidated yet extremely luxurious.

Stepping out of the underground parking lot, you arrive at a closed stairwell. Looking up, under a somewhat gloomy sky, a high wall blocks your view, making it seem as if this dilapidated building is all that exists in front of you.

Looking up at the sky, under the dark blue sky, you can see that the building is about five or six stories high, and its exterior is mottled and looks like it has been around for many years.

"Sister, do you live here?" Xiaoli lowered her head and asked Su Mei, who had her back to her.

"Yes, the third floor. Let's go!" The elevator doors opened, and Su Mei, wearing high heels, quickly stepped forward and entered the elevator.

Xiaoli didn't say anything more and followed him.

The elevator seemed as dilapidated as the building, creaking and groaning as it wobbled its way up.

"It's just the third floor, why do we need the elevator?" Xiaoli shook her head and muttered under her breath, pressing her hand against the elevator wall.

I never imagined that my sister's place was so dilapidated; it was practically an ancient tomb.

Xiaoli sighed inwardly. The elevator stopped, and as she opened the doors, she was surprised to find that the elevator was connected to the entrance, and she could immediately see the golden wall gleaming in the living room across the way…

"This is it, Xiaoli, come in." Su Mei didn't turn her head, stepped over the threshold and entered the living room.

"This!" The intense light stung Su Li's eyes. She raised her hand to shield them, and once she was comfortable with the light, she picked up her foot, shouldered the sack, and walked into the spacious living room...

Upon entering the living room, Xiaoli was stunned! She hadn't expected that the seemingly unremarkable house from the outside would be so luxuriously decorated inside. It had three bedrooms and two living rooms; the living room was spacious, the bedrooms were square, and against the wall opposite the living room was a deluxe, automatically lifting TV cabinet paired with a huge LCD TV. The sofa was a full-length, gold-plated genuine leather sofa. Every furnishing in the house was ostentatious and luxurious; even the tea set on the coffee table was gold-plated, looking extravagant and ostentatious…

The floors and walls are gold, complemented by various yellow solid wood furniture and a gold marble accent wall...

Every piece of furniture in the room must be quite expensive.

"Sister, didn't you say it's hard to make money? But the house you live in..." Feeling the golden stimulation, Su Li looked at the scene in front of her, carefully moved her feet, and dared not take big steps forward. She just stood blankly by the huge crystal coffee table with her brows furrowed.

"What's so special about this? Xiaoli, you're making a fuss over nothing. This building is full of employees. As the boss's employees, we each have our own apartment. The furnishings are all the same, nothing special." With her back to Xiaoli, Su Mei shook her head, her tone cold but somewhat smug. "If you become a full-time employee in the future, you can enjoy the same treatment as me."

"What does this boss do? He seems very rich." Xiaoli put down the bag in her hand, quite puzzled.

"You'll see in a while. Look, you'll be staying in this room for now." Su Mei took a few quick steps, reached out and pushed open a door on the left, revealing a bedroom. The walls were no longer gold, but light blue, and the bed and wardrobe were also blue. "How is it? Are you satisfied? I know you've always loved the sea, this was specially designed for you."

"This, this is for me?" Su Li blinked, pushed Su Mei away, walked to the bedside, and looked at the clean and cozy little bedroom, momentarily lost in thought...
