Not seeing Sarah downstairs, Lin Zhi also went upstairs.
The study door was closed and she couldn't hear what was being said inside.
I searched the second floor but couldn't find Sarah. I guessed that the new nanny had taken her out to play again.
Lin Zhi went downstairs and returned to the living room to wait quietly.

Maybe the phone was not turned on, so I sent the message but received no response for a long time.

It was almost noon and the two of them still showed no sign of coming down, so she put down her phone and went to the kitchen.
The door of the study on the second floor finally opened, and only David came down with a document in his hand.
