Chapter 98: Estrangement

Sheng Yan couldn't help but change the subject, "How did you and Lin Zhi know each other?"

After all, this man was invited by Lin Zhiyao, and I don’t have such a good opportunity.

"Why are you asking that?"

Fu Lanchen took a sip of red wine and looked at the person opposite him with an indescribable indifference.

Sheng Yan said truthfully, "Curious."

The man she couldn't get was easily taken away by Lin Zhi, which made her feel a little upset.

Fu Lanchen raised his head and drank the remaining red wine in the goblet. "You and her were college classmates and had a good relationship. She should tell you."

"No, I don't know anything."

Sheng Yan speaks quickly.

Fu Lanchen looked at her, poured himself a glass of wine, and then started eating.

"Sheng Yan, finding out some things won't do you any good."

Fu Lanchen was too lazy to respond.

In Fu Lanchen's eyes, Sheng Yan now seems terribly childish.

Since he couldn't learn any investment experience, he wanted to alienate him and Lin Zhi. His method was too clumsy.

Fu Lanchen would not waste time with boring people, so he wiped his hands and left halfway through his meal.

Sheng Yan stared at the man as he walked away, the cutlery in her hand falling to the ground.
