Chapter 6 Hit Her Palm
Linde Hall.
When Ji Ming came in, He Yanchen was teasing the little parrot by the window. He scooped a spoonful of food and fed it in a good mood.
"Your Majesty, Lady Yu requests an audience."
Thinking of what happened in the morning, He Yanchen curled his lips coldly: "Let her go, I don't want to see her."
Ji Ming was startled, then mustered up the courage to say, "Your Majesty, Lady Yu is crying loudly outside, and seems to be hurt..."
The way she's crying, if we don't let her in, the Linde Hall will be flooded soon.
Crying again?
He Yanchen threw the spoon aside with a dull look on his face, turned around and walked to the imperial desk and sat down: "Let her in."
This time, Yueli waited obediently for the call. After Ji Ming came out, she trotted in, holding up her skirt.
"His Majesty..."
As soon as she saw the man, Yueli bowed perfunctorily, moved to his side with tears in her eyes, and grabbed his sleeve with her slender fingers.
When He Yanchen saw her like this, he always felt that something was wrong.
Yueli is a simple-minded person, and her little thoughts cannot be hidden from herself at all.
She looked delicate and docile, but her methods of vying for favor were bold, and her eyes always revealed ambition when she looked at him. She shouldn't be like this now, full of dependence, throwing herself on him as soon as she came.
"Why are you crying?" He Yanchen pretended to be concerned, but in fact, every word he pronounced was full of playfulness and casualness.
Seeing that he didn't care about her etiquette, Yueli took advantage of the situation and sat in his arms, hugging his neck and sobbing, "My hand is injured."
As she spoke, she rolled up her sleeves, revealing a part of her fair wrist for him to see.
There was a glaring red mark on the arm, which was as white as snow, like the scar left by scratching on gravel.
He Yanchen thought she was just looking for trouble, but he didn't expect that she was really injured.
He took the woman's hand and asked, "How did you do that?"
Yue Li felt as if she had someone's support after hearing his question, tears welling up in her eyes: "Concubine Zheng is bullying me."
"I was just passing by her, and she pushed me, causing me to almost fall and hurt my hand."
Yue Li placed her hands on his shoulders and said in a doting tone, "How can I serve Your Majesty in this state?"
"Your Majesty, you must punish her!"
He Yanchen stroked her thin back, a lazy smile on his face: "Aren't you inconvenienced?"
Yueli was stunned for a moment before she remembered that she had her period.
"How can this be the same?" She slowly swung her waist around the man, her voice sweet, "My hands can also serve Your Majesty..."
"Your Majesty is not unaware of this."
She looked at him with those pure and innocent eyes, but the words that came out of her mouth were so wanton.
He Yanchen's eyes became deep, and his hand reached under her coat.
"Your Majesty..." Yue Li grabbed his wrist relentlessly, "Your Majesty hasn't said whether or not to punish Concubine Zheng."
"Which hand did she use to push you?"
Yueli frowned and thought for a moment: "I don't remember..."
The man leaned back in his chair leisurely, took her hand, and kissed the palm of her hand:
"Both of her hands are guilty. I have them chopped off."
Yueli opened her almond-shaped eyes: "No... there's no need to be so cruel..."
The man didn't seem to expect her to refuse. He glanced at her calmly and heard Yue Li say, "Or you can hit her palm."
She held up two fingers: "Twenty hits."
He Yanchen let out a soft laugh from his throat, hooked her belt around his waist, brought her into his arms, and leaned over to kiss her.
Yueli put her arms around his neck and raised her little head in response.
Her back was pressed against the imperial desk, which was a bit uncomfortable. Yue Li's thoughts were distracted by his kiss, and she let out a few moans between her lips, which were particularly obvious in the quiet study.
With a "click" sound, the document placed on the table fell to the ground due to her unconscious movement.
He Yanchen let her go. Yue Li still looked at him with her red lips slightly open and her eyes moist. Her wrist was slightly redder from being pinched by him.
She said softly, "My hand hurts."
"Your Majesty must spank her thirty times."
The man lowered his head and kissed the tip of her nose, his voice low and hoarse with a smile: "Why are you so pitiful?"
Fearing that the situation would get out of control if she stayed any longer, Yue Li straightened her clothes, but her eyes lit up when she saw the memorial on the ground.
"Your Majesty, are you going to review the memorials? May I help you grind the ink?"
Without waiting for the man to answer, she bent down, picked up the letter and placed it in front of him.
He Yanchen leaned lazily on the back of his chair and ignored her.
Yue Li once again took advantage of the situation and sat in his arms, her delicate fingers resting on his shoulders: "You review the memorials, and I will massage your shoulders."
"If I don't approve, you won't pinch me?"
The woman curled her lips and held out her wrist, which had been pinched until it was red, to his eyes: "You are not tired if you don't review memorials, so how can you bear to order me around?"
As soon as he finished speaking, He Yanchen slapped her on the buttocks: "Why don't you get up?"
Yueli blushed, and then she heard him say, "Aren't you going to grind ink for me?"
The woman was immediately happy and stood up enthusiastically to grind ink for him. He Yanchen actually started to review the memorials.
Yueli's emotions were all shown on her face. Her round almond-shaped eyes curved into crescents as she smiled, and her hands' movements were not vague at all.
As long as he attends court properly and reads the memorials carefully, the wise king will definitely not succeed.
She can continue to enjoy wealth and glory!
Half an hour later.
Yueli's movements in grinding ink slowed down noticeably.
After grinding for so long, her hands and waist were sore. In the past, they would always roll onto the bed while grinding, but they had never really grinded for so long.
Yueli frowned and rubbed her wrist quietly with her other hand. She glanced at the man out of the corner of her eye and saw him carefully writing his comments on the memorial.
Yueli pouted and said, "Forget it, as long as he is willing to work hard, it's fine."
He Yanchen caught a glimpse of her enduring appearance, and the corners of his lips curled up, and his mood suddenly improved.
