"You probably don't know this, but her son Xiaoqi is getting married and she's supposed to be a bridesmaid. She's been on a diet lately and has been too busy to come out."
"Oh?" Xu Zhaoyue was surprised. That Xiao Qi was the one who was hurt by an irresponsible man at the He family's banquet last time. Han Zhuzhu went to avenge her, but ended up causing Yue Lanxing to be hospitalized.
"There's really not a single word. If she were preparing now, she should have sent out invitations by now, right?"
Yan Qi smiled and said, "I don't think so. She married someone from another province, and the wedding will be held there. Her family will send someone to attend the wedding, so we don't need to go."
"I see." Xu Zhaoyue didn't ask for any more details. "She seems to be a few years younger than us, and she's already married. I'm still a bit taken aback."
"What's wrong with that? I should say we got married late. But I'm currently discussing marriage with my boyfriend to see when he can pass my dad's test. We'll get engaged first and then get married."

Xu Zhaoyue searched her memory for information about Yan Qi's boyfriend. It seemed that she met him when she went to another city, and then he followed her to Shanghai. They were a perfect match, so it was a happy ending.
When Boss Wang arrived, he saw the two chatting happily and felt too embarrassed to interrupt.
Xu Zhaoyue noticed him approaching and gave him an opening, "Whom is Mr. Wang here to see?"
"We're going to cut the cake later, and I was thinking of inviting Brother Yue over to cut it with the kids," said Boss Wang.

"Really? That's an honor. Please continue your conversation. I'll come back to invite you both over later." Mr. Wang was overjoyed that Miss Xu and Miss Yan were willing to go and cut the cake.
After Boss Wang left, Xu Zhaoyue explained to Yan Qi, "Lanxing had encountered a lost child before, which is why they invited us over."
"Oh." Yan Qi nodded. So that's the relationship. She was wondering why Xu Zhaoyue would be here, since the Xu family and Boss Wang had no business dealings.
The birthday party was being held as scheduled, and Yue Lanxing had already arrived at Zhao Mutou's place.
"Did you go to reporter Zhu to get the information?" Yue Lanxing asked.
Zhao Mutou took out a notebook and handed it to him. "Here it is. Look at the marks on the side, it's at least half a notebook. He really put in the effort. I found a few of the newspapers he interviewed, and they're quite well written."

Zhao Mutou thought about Yue Lanxing's question for a while. "A carriage company? Hey, there really is one. It's just one on the east side, about ten miles away, but it's very expensive."
"It's alright, money is no problem. I'll go and we can drink together next time." Yue Lanxing estimated that it would be enough for him to go once and then pick up the young lady.
Yue Lanxing stepped on the gas and arrived at the car dealership. The person guarding the dealership saw the car coming and waved him in. The parking area was just around the corner.
"Boss, what do you want to buy at our car dealership?" the dealership's clerk asked.
"Do you have horse-drawn carriages here?" Yue Lanxing looked at the place full of cars and felt that the information provided by Zhao Mutou was inaccurate.
Seeing that he had such a clear goal, the waiter immediately led him to the side, saying, "Of course there are. Come with me. What you see now are all cars. Our carriages and horses are on the other side of the fence."
Yue Lanxing followed him through a door and then saw a green meadow with about a dozen horses on it.
"We have horses of all colors and many types of carriages. People who want to have a wedding usually come here to look around. Some people have a Western-style wedding and rent a carriage for their wedding."

"Sure, of course! Would you like to know the price range first?" the car dealership clerk asked.
Yue Lanxing saw the carriage canopy and said, "No need, let's go look at those carriages first."
"Alright." The waiter happily led him over, and in the end, Yue Lanxing took a fancy to a carriage painted white with a hint of pink.
"This one will do. We'll repaint it, and then we'll have two white horses on the field that are more docile. By the way, do you teach horseback riding here?" Yue Lanxing asked, looking at the horses on the field.
Seeing how quickly he had chosen his horse, the shopkeeper said, "I can teach you, but are you going to propose on horseback yourself?"
Yue Lanxing was stunned for a moment, then became shy. "Ahem, it's not time yet. I'll practice first. I have something to do later, so I'll come back to learn in a couple of days. How much deposit do I need for these requests?"
"Come with me to that room over there, I'll give you a receipt." The waiter quickly wrote out the receipt, and Yue Lanxing paid the deposit and drove away.
When the clerk handed the copy of the receipt and the money to the accountant, he exclaimed, "Hey, bro, what are you selling?"
