The reason it was described as sneaky is because He Lianhua was wrapped up even more tightly than the doctor; Xu Zhaoyue wouldn't have recognized her if she hadn't been familiar with her.
"Oh, just tell me how to make a judgment, I don't need you to give me psychological counseling!" He Lianhua ripped off her mask and fanned herself with her hand to cool down.
Xu Zhaoyue could tell from her reaction that the conversation hadn't gone well. He Lianhua, while fanning herself, also made eye contact with Xu Zhaoyue. "Alright, I'll come back in a couple of days. Thank you, doctor."
He Lianhua said goodbye to the doctor first, and then stormed over to Xu Zhaoyue. At first, Xu Zhaoyue was smiling when she saw her coming, but when she saw that her temper was not right, she quickly thought that she had not even gone over to eavesdrop, so why was she so angry?
Just as she was lost in thought, He Lianhua came over and, looking at her long gown, said, "You're treating other people's illnesses? You don't even know anything about your own family. What are you laughing about?"
"Huh? What happened at my house?" Xu Zhaoyue asked, puzzled. "My house was bombed?"
"Oh, you really didn't know?" He Lianhua nudged Xu Zhaoyue's arm with her buttocks. "Move over there, I want to sit down."
Xu Zhaoyue moved to the side, and after He Lianhua sat down, she began to ask her, "What do you think of the relationship between our Kaiyuan and your Xiaohao?"
“Of course they have a good relationship. What happened? Did they have a fight? You should try to talk them out,” Xu Zhaoyue said matter-of-factly.
“They didn’t argue, but it was worse than an argument because I noticed something was off about their relationship.” He Lianhua sighed. “Kaiyuan even peeled a whole jar of pistachios himself so that Xiaohao would have some snacks.”
"Huh? Oh, and then?" Xu Zhaoyue still didn't understand what He Lianhua was trying to do.
He Lianhua was speechless at her expression, and then said more bluntly, "Who would you peel a whole jar of pistachios for for no reason? You can't say that later, you won't understand."
"Who do you think you could get to peel a whole jar of pistachios for you right now?" He Lianhua changed her tone.
Xu Zhaoyue thought for a moment, then looked around and found no trace of the Yue Lan Star people. "Where are the Yue Lan Star people?"
“Right, you see, you’re thinking of Yue Lanxing, right? What are his feelings for you? Think about it carefully.” He Lianhua turned her wrist, making Xu Zhaoyue think it through.
Xu Zhaoyue answered the question with great certainty, "He likes me, and I also..." Xu Zhaoyue was about to continue when she suddenly realized what He Lianhua was trying to say.
"Your example makes perfect sense to me. You mean Xiao Hao and Kaiyuan?" Xu Zhaoyue asked in a question, but He Lianhua nodded affirmatively, "That's right."
"Didn't you notice anything at all?" He Lianhua finally adopted the demeanor of a senior.
Xu Zhaoyue shook her head, then thought about the details again. "Let me think... Is this what they call 'both reasonable and unexpected'?"
"Huh? You're giving me O. Henry here?" He Lianhua grabbed Xu Zhaoyue's shoulders and made her look at her. "We need to think of something."
"Find a way to get the family to accept them? That's really difficult." Xu Zhaoyue didn't expect He Lianhua to be so open-minded. Her two younger brothers hadn't even confessed yet, and she was already worrying about family matters.
He Lianhua hadn't expected Xu Zhaoyue to be so open-minded. Was that what she meant just now? "Aren't you surprised at all?"

Xu Zhaoyue's eyes widened. "So that means it's not even close to happening yet." He Lianhua retorted, "What do you mean it's not even close to happening yet? If Kaiyuan confesses to Xiaohao, how could Xiaohao possibly disagree?"
A question left them both silent: what if?
Xu Zhaoyue opened her mouth, but He Lianhua glared at her and shut her up. It seemed that He Lianhua was the one who should be in a hurry about this matter.
On one hand, He Lianhua sees her younger brother as her heir, and He Kaiyuan cannot have any problems with his marriage. On the other hand, Xiao Hao may not necessarily agree, and He Kaiyuan is secretly in love with her.
He Lianhua didn't know whether to worry about her brother's sexual orientation first or to despise him for not even being able to catch up with anyone.
Seeing He Lianhua's depressed expression, Xu Zhaoyue quickly comforted her, "Don't worry. If, just if, they really get together, what do you plan to do? I'll definitely do as you say."
"I don't know either, that's what's troubling me." He Lianhua stroked her hair, looking very distressed. "He's so grown up now, I can't hit him, I can't scold him, and scolding him doesn't work either. What if I'm too forceful and he runs away from home?"

He Lianhua had considered it, but how could she separate them? There had to be a suitable reason for changing schools.
