Chapter 115 Competition

The most interesting thing at the negotiating table was that Xu Zhaohao kept looking at Wu Ma's side the whole time, or you could say it was Yue Lanxing standing next to him.

The result was that the three-year agreement remained unchanged. Everything in the mansion was left untouched, and everyone had to wait for three years. Xu Zhaoyue's original staff could stay for three years, and their positions in the company would also be reserved for three years.

As for what Xu Guangcai secretly gave to Xu Zhaohao, that's beyond our control.

After the negotiations ended, the Jin family wanted to stay for a few days, while the Yue family left with Yue Lanxing.

"Are you really going to learn?" Yue Wenxing deliberately rode in the same car as Yue Lanxing and couldn't help but ask him in the car. This was also the condition that Yue Lanxing had for the Yue family to get involved in the Xu family's affairs.

Yue Lanxing had a serious demeanor. "Yes, I want to learn how to do business and manage a company, but it would be best if I could study in Shanghai."

"Sure, you can use those companies you have to practice." Yue Wenxing was still willing to grant him this wish, and forcing him to leave Shanghai now would be a losing proposition.

Yue Lanxing was about to nod when he suddenly froze. "The company seals aren't with me." He said this in a low voice, but it was still heard.

Yue Wenxing subconsciously wondered if he had been tricked, but then he denied it, thinking that the Yue family's children wouldn't be that stupid. Then he heard Yue Lanxing mutter to himself, "I gave it all to the young lady."

Yue Wenxing's brow twitched, unsure whether to pretend he hadn't heard. Truly, they were children of the Yue family; even their deaths were exactly the same. Thinking of this, he pretended to rest and closed his eyes.

Yue Lanxing wasn't really talking to him; she just muttered a few words to herself and then looked out the window, lost in thought.

After arriving at the Qin family home, Xu Zhaoyue went to rest first. She was too tired from the long journey to meet any relatives. Grandma Qin felt the same way, so they went up to her small building first.

The next morning, she was woken up by people outside. Qin Jixiang had come over with his three younger brothers, all dressed in riding clothes.

Grandma Qin had gotten up early; being old, she couldn't sleep past dawn. "Why are you four all here? Come and have some snacks," she called to the younger generation, urging them to get some.

"Grandma, let's not eat yet. Why...why isn't that person coming down yet?" Qin Jixiang remained seated, glancing up at the second floor every now and then.

She was also in the welcoming line yesterday, but she saw Xu Zhaoyue, though Xu Zhaoyue didn't notice her.

"She hasn't gotten up yet. From now on, her name will be Qin Jijin. You must remember that," Grandma Qin instructed them.

"Don't worry, Grandma, we're just here to play with her. We'll take her horseback riding." Qin Jixiang was quite well-behaved in front of Grandma Qin. Grandma Qin felt that she might not be good at chatting with the younger generation, so she went to the backyard to practice Tai Chi.

"I told you not to come so early. Never mind, I'll just eat something." After Grandma Qin left, Qin Jiming looked at his sister, then at Ji Zhong and Uncle Ji beside him. Why were the three of them so concerned about the newcomer, who was just an imposter?

Qin Jiming stood up from the sofa to get a plate of snacks, and turned back to gesture to Qin Jixiang to see if she wanted to eat them. Qin Jixiang rolled her eyes at him, crossed her arms, leaned back, and ignored him.

"Fine, I won't eat it. Stop putting on airs. I'll eat it myself." Qin Jiming picked up a piece and stuffed it into his mouth.

"Did you come here to see me?" Xu Zhaoyue had just gotten up and was still struggling with her hair when she heard the noise outside. She put on a coat and peeked out.

Before they could even answer his question, Xu Zhaoming saw Cuicui and his attention immediately shifted. "Cuicui, come up here for a moment."

"Wait for me a moment, I'll be down in a bit." Seeing Cui Cui come up, Xu Zhaoyue called out to the people downstairs and then closed the door.

When Cui Cui came in, she was still combing her hair. "Oh dear, my hair is tangled. I'm afraid to comb it too hard. Can you come and help me?" Xu Zhaoyue looked at Cui Cui pitifully, unable to understand why she couldn't comb it.

"Miss Jin, I was careless. I should have found you a maid after I came back yesterday." Cui Cui stepped forward, took the comb from Xu Zhaoyue's hand, and began to comb her hair.

Xu Zhaoyue was not thinking about maids or servants at the moment. She shook her head and said, "No need. I can do it myself. You are the only one by my grandmother's side. It wouldn't be good if I needed another maid."

"Grandma doesn't want to be disturbed, so I'm all alone with her. Besides, how could I let Miss Jin do it all herself?" Cui Cui was definitely going to tell her grandma about this.

After Cui Cui finished putting together the outfit, she showed it to Xu Zhaoyue. "This shawl doesn't match the color. Do you have a lighter color?" Xu Zhaoyue looked at the reddish shawl and didn't really want to wear it.

"Yes, I'll go get it right away." Cui Cui immediately went to get a light pink one.

"Not bad." Xu Zhaoyue was satisfied this time. "I won't change my clothes yet. Go get some food and bring it up." After saying that, she sat on the rocking chair on the balcony and swayed back and forth. She had it brought over last night.

"Okay, I'll go right away." Cui Cui went out and came back. "There's a pot of bird's nest soup and some shredded pork porridge in the kitchen."

Xu Zhaoyue ate quite quickly, but Qin Jixiang didn't think that was good.

When Cui Cui went out just now, Qin Jixiang thought it was Xu Zhaoyue who went out. He didn't expect it to be Cui Cui. Moreover, she came out to get something and went back in. They were all sitting downstairs. This newcomer has no manners at all.

So when Xu Zhaoyue actually came out to see them, no one noticed until the sound of her high heels became clearer. As Xu Zhaoyue came down the stairs, she greeted them, "Hello."

Just as Qin Jixiang was about to reprimand her, something was shoved into her hand. "What is this?" she asked, startled.
