Yue Lanxing was thinking of sacrificing himself for righteousness, but Huang Lian didn't tolerate this kind of behavior and directly slapped him away. Everyone was stunned for a moment. Xiao Nan saw Huang Lian's actions and ran over to push him away, "What are you doing?"
"Why don't you ask him? If you want to die, don't get treatment, just bury yourself." Huang Lian said sarcastically.
Xiao Nan stood protectively by Xu Zhaoyue's side, not caring about Yue Lanxing's matter. "Miss, are you alright? Let's go back now and fire this person. He has such a bad temper, what if he hurts someone!"
"Cough cough cough..." Yue Lanxing coughed as soon as he was about to speak. "Don't move, don't move." Huang Lian quickly went over and gave him the cup.
After drinking the water, Yue Lanxing felt much better. "Let me talk about Huanglian. Sister Xiaonan, you go out with Huanglian first. I want to talk to Miss alone, cough cough cough."
Seeing his frail appearance, Xiao Nan looked at her mistress, Xu Zhaoyue, who nodded to her. Only then did Xiao Nan retract her outstretched arms and leave with Huang Lian.
"What are you trying to say? And you even told them to leave." Xu Zhaoyue looked back at Yue Lanxing only after the door was closed.
"Because it's too absurd, I don't want others to know," Yue Lanxing said with a smile. "I'm not allergic to any substance. Uncle Huang and Huang Lian have been investigating for many years but haven't come to a conclusion."
Yue Lanxing offered an explanation, but he was too embarrassed to tell the truth. Xu Zhaoyue was anxious to hear his hesitant manner, so she went over to him.
As the young lady's face drew closer, Yue Lanxing was first struck by her delicate skin, a healthy complexion with a rosy glow, a sign of good health. Then she noticed her eyes; they were brownish, with a glassy sheen, and a deep affection that drew people in.
The young lady seems to have come to see me without getting her hair done, but her hair looks so good, Yue Lanxing thought to herself. She blurted out what she was going to say, "I'm allergic to women."
"Huh? Then I..." Xu Zhaoyue was surprised at first, then made sure she hadn't misheard, and immediately jumped up to walk backward, and then successfully bumped her knee.
Xu Zhaoyue's knee hit the edge of the chair, and she sat back down in pain. "It hurts so much. Is it okay for me to sit here?" Xu Zhaoyue rubbed her knee, still thinking about what Yue Lanxing had just said.
Yue Lanxing had already straightened up most of her body, but she felt relieved when the young lady sat down again. Seeing that the young lady's knees were red and she was still concerned about her, she felt a little guilty.
"Miss, you should have Xiao Nan massage it in later, so it won't turn purple tomorrow," Yue Lanxing reminded her first, and then explained the illness from beginning to end.
“I was born with a rash all over my body. When my father saw it, he abandoned my mother and me and ran away. I tried all kinds of medicine. In the end, my mother found that I was safest when I was alone. If I spent too much time in contact with people, I would get a rash. Once I even vomited blood.”
"Later, they discovered that I was allergic to women, which was very strange. Sometimes I would only get a small area of red rash, while other times I would vomit blood. When Uncle Huang passed by my hometown, he heard about my illness and came to my house to consult a doctor. That's how we moved to Shanghai. Uncle Huang and Huang Lian have been doing experiments to try to figure out my illness."
"It's absurd, but it's true." Yue Lanxing looked at the young lady cautiously, afraid that she would think he was lying.
Xu Zhaoyue, on the other hand, found this scenario very familiar and accepted it in an instant. She even asked with concern, "I believe you! But wouldn't it be very unsafe for you to be my bodyguard? Should I arrange another one for you...?"
"No, because I discovered yesterday that I'm not allergic to Miss." Yue Lanxing said excitedly, "I touched Miss's hand yesterday, but I didn't get a rash. It was when I vomited blood yesterday that Miss grabbed my hand!"
Xu Zhaoyue looked at Yue Lanxing's agitation. Had she just said she was going to fire him? Wait, now's not the time to think about that. Is she not allergic to me?

"I'll have Xiaonan take a handkerchief and run around outside. She can test it with the handkerchief. You can put the oranges down now." Xu Zhaoyue got up to open the door, but she was stopped after only a few steps.
“Young Miss, I think you don’t need to go. Look.” Yue Lanxing called out to the young lady, then spread out her hand that had been holding the orange. “It already has a rash.”
Seeing his calm expression, Xu Zhaoyue became even more curious and walked over. Sure enough, she saw that there were red rashes on his five fingers. "What should we do? Let Doctor Huang come over."
"No need, it will go down in a while, it's the least of my worries." Yue Lanxing smiled easily, but you could tell from his words what kind of life he used to lead.
Seeing his reaction, Xu Zhaoyue didn't insist on going to find Huanglian. Instead, she sat down and took out a handkerchief to wipe his hands clean. But as she did so, she looked up and asked, "Am I really alright?"
Yue Lanxing slowly shook her head, a smile playing on her lips, and said, "No, even if I were, I wouldn't blame Miss. It's already like this anyway."
"If only this illness could be discussed so easily with you. Luckily, I also studied medicine and own a hospital, so I can get as much medicine as doctors need." Xu Zhaoyue said while wiping his hands.
