Chapter 78 Going to the Hospital

"Alright, let's leave it at that for now. Also, keep an eye on how Xue Huzi is handling things at his house, and then tell me. Hey, I remember I kept him around because he's good at imitating, plus he's strong." Xu Zhaoyue changed the subject.

Yue Lanxing also felt that the Yue family's affairs could only be dealt with one step at a time. Just as she was about to nod, she heard the young lady praising Xue Huzi, and unconsciously lowered her eyes, "Actually, I can do it too, but I have already written it down."

"So, you're the one I'm most satisfied with." Xu Zhaoyue's happiness was evident on her face. "So you should think about whether you want him to learn something; he needs to grow up, after all."

“If he has a strong ability to imitate, we can’t let him learn the local dialect. Li Qi is busy with transportation work, which requires traveling all over the country. If he can speak the local dialect, it will be much more convenient. Besides, he used to work at the docks and can get along well with the workers.”

After thinking for a while, Yue Lanxing came up with this idea: "Li Qi's side doesn't lack people, but we can start preparing first."

Xu Zhaoyue thought for a moment and decided it was a feasible method. "Okay, who should he learn from first?"

"Let's start with Hengyuan Transportation. They have a lot of workers there, and it'll keep them away from the docks. Most people don't know about that place." Yue Lanxing's words really struck a chord with Xu Zhaoyue. Was this what they meant by tacit understanding?

Xu Zhaoyue nodded in agreement, and Yue Lanxing went to carry it out, promising to make arrangements upon her return.

While the two of them were chatting, Xue Huzi changed his clothes and had already blended into the group of porters. He knew some of the people there, and they could start a conversation over a cigarette.

Xu Zhaoyue chatted with the foreign businessmen for a while longer. This time they were chatting outside. When they first saw Yue Lanxing standing next to them, they asked Xu Zhaoyue who he was.

“He is my butler,” Xu Zhaoyue explained in English. The other person nodded and said that the butler looked very good. Xu Zhaoyue smiled and agreed, but she was wondering why they hadn’t given Xue Huzi such a good evaluation earlier.

On the way home, Xu Zhaoyue kept looking at Yue Lanxing in the rearview mirror, making Yue Lanxing feel a little uncomfortable. "What does Miss want to see?"

"Oh, I didn't..." Xu Zhaoyue was about to deny it, but then she thought that denying it would be too weak, so she said, "I just wanted to see why they praised you just by you standing there. What's wrong with Xue Huzi?"

Yue Lanxing hadn't expected this. "So their opinions of me and Hu Zi are different? Maybe they see me as closer to the young lady, and praising me is just them trying to curry favor with her."

Xu Zhaoyue hadn't expected him to think of such an angle. "How did you come up with such an exaggerated flattery?"

"Haha, because I'm telling the truth." Yue Lanxing laughed too.

Back at the villa, Yue Lanxing went to report to Butler Xu. While preparing the gift boxes, Xu Zhaoyue also had to prepare the details of the exchange meeting.

Before the exchange meeting, something particularly interesting happened. Manager Hong suggested that he and Xu Zhaoyue go to the hospital to check out the facilities, and Xu Zhaoyue naturally agreed.

When they arrived, there were already several doctors waiting there, including Huang Lian. He even winked at Xu Zhaoyue, looking somewhat gloating.

"Manager Xu, let me introduce you. This is Dr. Feng. He is a very experienced clinician in our hospital..." Manager Hong introduced him at length, in short, he is quite remarkable.

"Hello Dr. Feng, please take good care of me." Xu Zhaoyue bent down to shake hands with him. Dr. Feng didn't say anything, and after shaking hands, he said, "We're going to do our rounds. Manager Xu, why don't you come along too?"

Xu Zhaoyue quickly agreed, even though it was different from her purpose in coming here.

As with his usual ward rounds, Dr. Feng would check the other patients' knowledge after seeing them. "He had an irregular heartbeat, but after one day he was fine. However, based on his previous condition, he should stay in the hospital for two more days for observation."

After reviewing the medical records, Dr. Feng said a few words and then led them out. However, once outside, he began to ask them, "Arrhythmia isn't a serious problem, so why does this patient need to be hospitalized almost every month?"

"Tell me about this illness first," Dr. Feng said, pointing to someone at random. "Arrhythmia is... is..." The person was clearly unprepared, and his mouth trembled as he couldn't finish his sentence.

Dr. Feng shook his head at his stammering appearance, then glanced at Xu Zhaoyue and saw her looking curiously into the ward. Sure enough, she was a rich young lady who was all talk and no action. Everyone said that she had finished studying medical books and even went abroad for further studies, only to return to China after a year. In his opinion, it was nothing more than gilding her resume.

However, after receiving a look from Dr. Feng, Xu Zhaoyue thought she was being asked to answer, so she spoke up, "Arrhythmia is an irregular heart rhythm, which can be diagnosed by auscultation or electrocardiogram."

"Arrhythmia is an abnormality in the frequency and rhythm of heartbeats caused by disorders in the origin and conduction of cardiac activity. This condition can occur alone or in conjunction with cardiovascular disease."

"Physiological arrhythmia can recover quickly. To avoid sympathetic nerve excitation, avoid emotional excitement and excessive caffeine intake. Regulating emotions and taking traditional Chinese medicine or Western medicine to relieve anxiety can also be helpful."

Xu Zhaoyue finished speaking methodically, waiting for Doctor Feng's comments. Unexpectedly, everyone around her stared at her with wide eyes, especially Huang Lian. He didn't expect Xu Zhaoyue to be so familiar with these knowledge points. Being able to say these things without prior preparation showed that her level was much higher than that of the previous person.

Dr. Feng thought so too. It seems that this Manager Xu is quite capable. "So what do you think is causing this patient to keep needing to be hospitalized?"
