Chapter 51 Xiaobao's Kindness

"You...why are you here?"

Xiaobao asked this question almost tremblingly, and even the arm holding the puppy tightened a little. The puppy seemed to feel his nervousness and licked the back of his hand twice.

Come back and live

Yang Feng's voice was a little hoarse, but his arrogant attitude remained the same. Without even looking at Xiaobao, he walked straight to the dilapidated door and took out an old key.

This door may not have been opened for many years, and the door lock was rusty and old. After Yang Feng inserted the key, he had to use a lot of strength to turn it. When he pushed the door open, it made a sharp and piercing squeak.

Xiaobao subconsciously covered his ears. Compared to this, their front door looked so much newer.

He stared at Yang Feng's back as he walked in, and suddenly found that there seemed to be a long hole on the back of his shirt.

He quickly walked forward a few steps, hid behind the gate and stretched his neck to look inside. It happened that Yang Feng still had his back to him, and this angle allowed him to see more clearly.

The next second, Xiaobao's eyes widened instantly, because there was not only a hole in the clothes, but there was actually a long and deep scar hidden underneath, and even bloodstains could be vaguely seen.

Yang Feng pushed open almost every door, and his face was covered with dust that had accumulated over the years.

"Damn it! What the hell is this place!"

He cursed in a low voice with a gloomy face, and at the same time kicked the dilapidated stool in the yard in annoyance, causing it to fall apart.

Xiaobao quickly shrank his neck, leaving only a pair of eyes exposed as he looked at him quietly. He was afraid that the puppy would suddenly bark and attract Yang Feng's attention, so he kept stroking it with one hand and didn't notice that the puppy had fallen asleep in his arms a long time ago.

Until Yang Feng finally pushed open the last door, the room was very small, and there seemed to be only a tattered wooden bed inside, and some miscellaneous items on the floor. It seemed that it must have been a small warehouse before.

Yang Feng took out two packs of tissues from his pocket, wiped it casually a few times and then sat down, lowering his head, not knowing what he was thinking about.

Xiaobao tiptoed back to the front door of his house, and quickly placed the puppy and kitten together. Then he couldn't help but frown and look troubled.

His brothers had already told him about Yang Feng's past and had repeatedly told him to stay away from him, so he should listen to his brothers and ignore him.

But the wound on his body is really long and on his back. If I leave him alone, he will definitely get infected and sick. Wouldn't I be the one who watched him die without helping him?

Then what is the difference between him and those conscienceless villains?

Thinking of this, Xiaobao quickly found the medicine box, went back into the house and opened the wardrobe. Lu Zixiao would usually pack bedding and other things in dust bags and put them on the bottom layer for them to take easily.

So Xiaobao pulled one out directly, which contained a thick quilt, blanket and pillow.

The two things together were too heavy for him. The medicine box was okay, but he couldn't lift the bag containing the bedding at all, so he simply dragged it on the ground and walked over.

Yang Feng was half lying on the cold bed. He opened his eyes alertly when he heard the rustling sound approaching. The moment he saw Xiaobao, a look of surprise and shock appeared on his cold face.

"What are you doing here?"

Xiaobao glanced at him. Although the sun was shining brightly outside, the room was shady and cool. However, this man had so much sweat on his forehead that his bangs and temples were soaked.

"Does the wound on your back hurt?" Xiaobao held up the medicine box. "Let me apply some medicine on you, otherwise it will get worse."

Yang Feng looked at him intently for a few seconds, then frowned, "None of your business, go back."

"Why?" Xiaobao blinked and looked at him, "That must be so painful and painful."

Yang Feng closed his eyes, sat up and looked directly at him, his eyes indifferent and distant, "Then why do you care about me?"

"You just saved me," Xiao Bao said honestly, "My brothers said we should repay our gratitude, and I saw your wound, so I can't just ignore it."

"Just because of this?" Yang Feng sneered, "Little guy, don't be too kind. Sometimes it's easy to put yourself in danger."

"Besides, aren't you afraid of me?"

Xiaobao swallowed and shook his head: "I'm not afraid."

Yang Feng raised his eyebrows imperceptibly, then his expression changed quickly. His half-closed eyes opened instantly, and a fierce light suddenly flashed out.

Xiaobao shook his body almost subconsciously, and a trace of fear flashed across his face.

"Look, you still say you're not afraid." Yang Feng laughed at himself and waved his hand, "Okay, go home quickly. If your brothers knew you were with me, they would probably go crazy."

"I'll leave after I apply the medicine on you." Xiao Bao looked at him eagerly and said cautiously, "Can you please stop scaring me for now?"

Yang Feng didn't expect him to be so persistent. Seeing his pouting little mouth and wet eyes, he actually felt a sense of pity.

“…Alright.”

As soon as he heard his agreement, Xiaobao immediately walked happily around behind him, took off his shoes and stepped onto the wooden bed.

"I really don't understand how you, little brat, can get so excited just applying medicine to someone else."

Yang Feng complained with a cold face, then he felt a squeak behind him. He turned his head and saw the little guy's bare feet stepping up.

He frowned for some unknown reason: "Don't move, there are nails on it... Is that a quilt you brought? Spread it over."
