Chapter 40 Peeling Grapes for You

Chapter 40 Peeling Grapes for You

Cong Chun washed his hands and sat on a small chair. Three kinds of grapes were placed on the table.

Cong Chun had never eaten grapes before, and he didn't know much about the varieties of grapes.

There were pink grapes, as well as green and dark purple ones.

Duan Mingxiao casually pointed to the largest dark purple summer black grape on the table.

Cong Chun sat on a small chair next to the table, while Initial D was playing randomly on the TV screen.

The hall was quiet for a moment; the sound of Cong Chun peeling grapes was almost negligible, and the roar of a car exhaust pipe came from the television.

Cong Chun peeled grapes for a while, but only filled a small bowl. The green flesh of the grapes just covered the bottom of the bowl.

The boy's fair and slender fingertips inevitably got some grape juice on them, making them a little wet.

The grape juice meandered down his slender fingers, looking incredibly tempting.

Duan Mingxiao, who was sitting on the sofa, was not really paying attention to the movie; he didn't like watching movies.

What's the point of watching movies? You have to be in the driver's seat to experience the adrenaline rush of racing.

Duan Mingxiao's attention remained focused on Cong Chun, who was diligently peeling grapes.

At that moment, the grapes the boy was peeling suddenly rolled off his hand, onto the carpet, and then to the corner of the table.

Cong Chun quickly bent down, revealing a long, fair neck, and prepared to pick up the grapes.

The next second, a pair of hands with distinct knuckles and slightly protruding veins appeared before them, picking up the grapes faster than Cong Chun and casually placing them on the corner of the table.

Cong Chun looked up and saw that it was Duan Mingxiao.

He thought the young master was getting impatient and wanted to eat grapes, but he had only peeled a small bowlful.

The grape's skin and flesh were stuck together tightly, and Cong Chun had never peeled grapes before, so he wasn't very fast.

"Young master, please wait a moment, I'll be peeling it soon."

Duan Mingxiao raised an eyebrow, his tone languid, his gaze unfathomable as he looked at Cong Chun.

"No need, this is enough."

"Am I a pig? Eating so many grapes."

Cong Chun worked quickly and efficiently, tidying up the mess on the table.

He piled the grape skins into a small mountain and put them in a small dish. Then the boy saw the grapes that Duan Mingxiao had just placed on the corner of the table and that had rolled to the ground, and his eyes showed a little heartache.

However, Cong Chun still placed the fallen grapes into a small dish.

At this moment, Duan Mingxiao, who was leaning lazily on the sofa, added a casual remark.

"Eat all the grapes on the table."

He had long noticed that Cong Chun was such a fool; he was even secretly swallowing his saliva while peeling grapes.

A hint of undisguised joy appeared in Cong Chun's eyes. He pursed his lips and nodded firmly.

The next second, Cong Chun prepared to dispose of the grape skins she had just peeled off, and the boy stood up and walked towards the kitchen.

But his gaze involuntarily drifted to the grape that had rolled onto the floor in the dish.

This grape looks round and not dirty at all.

A few seconds later, Duan Mingxiao looked closely and seemed to see something. The young master was so frightened that he suddenly stood up.

Viewed from the side, Cong Chun's cheeks appear to be moving.

Immediately afterwards, Duan Mingxiao suddenly realized something.

The young master immediately stood up, placed his palm on the back of Cong Chun's neck, and made the other person face to face with him.

Cong Chun turned his head slowly, as if he had been caught doing something wrong.

What are you doing?

Duan Mingxiao's tone revealed a hint of incomprehension and anger.

The grapes that had rolled onto the ground were gone, and the small dish in Cong Chun's hand only contained grape skins.

[This little fool, I told you to eat other grapes, but you ate the dirty grapes that rolled on the ground first.]

Do I look that poor?

Duan Mingxiao frowned, his long, dark eyes fixed on Cong Chun's face.

The next second, the young master raised his right hand and roughly inserted his index and middle fingers into Cong Chun's mouth to stir.

Long, strong fingers pried open the other's teeth and touched the wet, soft tongue. Cong Chun was forced to raise his head and slightly open his lips.

Duan Mingxiao decisively took the grape out of Cong Chun's mouth, and the young master's half finger was already wet.

Luckily, I just ate it and didn't swallow it.

[When my stomach hurts, Chun Chun will feel great.]

Cong Chun's eyes were slightly red, and she felt a sore throat and a strange discomfort in her heart.

He had never eaten grapes before, so when he saw that the grapes that had just rolled onto the ground were clean, he thought that he shouldn't waste them, so he secretly ate them.

Seeing that Cong Chun's expression was off, Duan Mingxiao reached out and pinched Cong Chun's cheeks, his tone revealing a hint of amusement.

"What's wrong."

"You got angry because I didn't give you dirty grapes."

[Tch, Chun Chun has quite a temper.]

"Young master, I didn't."

Cong Chun moved Duan Mingxiao's hand away, sniffed, and his clear puppy eyes drooped, looking genuinely aggrieved.

A certain young master kindly coaxed him.

"Don't be angry, don't be angry."

"I'll give you all the peeled grapes in the bowl."

If Ji Ruhui were here, he would definitely show an incredulous expression.

Oh my god, has Duan Mingxiao been possessed?

When will his brother Ah Chan be this gentle with him?

Cong Chun swallowed hard, his eyes fixed on the grapes he had just peeled in the bowl.

"Really?"

Duan Mingxiao scoffed and coldly snorted as if it were perfectly natural.

"Do you think I'm lying?"

"But you need to answer one question for me first."

Cong Chun nodded.

"Who is more important, grapes or me?"

"Young Master Pu..."

Cong Chun smiled sweetly at the person and slowly extended her hand.

"Young master, I want to eat grapes."

"Is it okay?"

When Duan Mingxiao looked up, he saw a pair of innocent and clear eyes, with the corners of the eyes curving like the moon, and long eyelashes trembling slightly.

The young master's head was steaming, and his ears were completely red.

The young master muttered under his breath, wondering who was serving whom, his tone slightly unnatural.

"Okay, I'm really impressed by you."

"Sit over here, I'll peel some grapes for you."
