Putting her on the sofa, Shen Mo took off her coat and turned to look for the medicine box.
Fortunately, An Ci fell into a deep sleep this time and didn't make any more noise. Shen Mo successfully applied the medicine to her and settled her down before he went to clean himself up.
As for the mess on the ground, we'll have someone clean it up tomorrow.
Late at night, the bright moon hid in the clouds and heavy rain began to fall without warning.
“Wow—”
“Boom—”
The deafening thunder startled the person in his arms, and the curled up body twitched slightly.
In the darkness, Shen Mo lowered his eyes and looked at the person in his arms, and gently patted her back with his hand across her waist.
Soon, the person in his arms fell into a deep sleep, breathing shallowly and evenly.
Shen Mo curled his lips, hugged her and closed his eyes.
The next day, when An Ci opened her eyes, she was greeted by the man's delicate face. He was sleeping soundly with his eyes closed.
An Ci's brain froze for a few seconds. The next second, he found that the two of them were lying on the same bed and was completely dumbfounded.
Oh shit.
Why was Shen Mo in her bed?
An Ci's whole body stiffened, as if she remembered something. She quickly moved her eyes downwards, and when she saw that her clothes were intact, she breathed a sigh of relief.
"Are you sober?"
A clear voice sounded above her head, with a hoarseness from just waking up.
An Ci kicked him reflexively.
Shen Mo reacted quickly, his bony hands clasping her ankles, his voice tinged with mockery, "You've turned your back on me after sleeping with me, huh?"
The words coming out of his mouth inexplicably changed in meaning.
What does it mean to turn your back on someone after sleeping with them?
An Ci glared at him and gritted his teeth, "Don't talk nonsense to me. Also, why are you in my bed?"
"Your bed?" Shen Mo rubbed the skin on her ankles with his fingertips, narrowing his eyes slightly, with a half-smile, "Are you sure?"
"Nonsense, of course I..."
An Ci's voice suddenly stopped, and he looked at the unfamiliar environment around him, his face disheveled in the wind.
She tried hard to recall what happened yesterday, but found that her memory only stopped at the time when she was having dinner with Eric and the others. As for what happened after she drank, she couldn't remember a single thing.
Damn it, I drank so much that I lost my memory.
She moved her feet and glared at him fiercely, "Let go."
Shen Mo looked at her pretending to be fierce expression, couldn't help laughing, and let go of her ankle.
An Ci quickly got out of bed and stared at Shen Mo, "Why am I here with you?"
Shen Mo raised his eyebrows, "You don't remember anything about last night?"
He sat up, and the quilt slid down to his waist, revealing his perfect upper body, with smooth muscle lines full of explosive power.
An Ci's face flushed and he hastily looked away, "Why are you sleeping without clothes?"
Shen Mo looked at her red ears and found it very amusing. "You vomited all over me, and you still have the nerve to ask me why I'm not wearing any."
An Ci retorted confidently, "Don't tell me you only have one set of clothes?"
"It's not cold in the room anyway."
As he spoke, Shen Mo lifted the quilt. An Ci thought he was not even wearing pants, so he quickly covered his eyes with his hands.
"hehe."
A low, deep laugh came over, and An Ci realized something was wrong. She put down her hand and saw that Shen Mo was wearing pants. Only then did she realize that he had tricked her.
"You're kidding me." She picked up the pillow and threw it at him.
Shen Mo caught it easily and threw the pillow back on the bed. "What did I do to you?"
An Ci was speechless. His first reaction was to leave this place as soon as possible and find Eric to find out what happened last night.
She lowered her head to look for her shoes, but a big hand grabbed them away.
"Where do you want to run to?"
