Most chilling were the two black-robed figures hovering behind him—the "Bishops of the End." The dark energy fields emanating from them, radiating distorted light, caused the surrounding space to groan under their mere presence; even the chaotic laws of the Fallen God Realm itself seemed to retreat before them. This was a terrifying power far surpassing that of the Purifier Captain, a power that truly touched upon the very essence of rules.
“It’s over…it’s the ‘Dark Eclipse Bishop’ and the ‘Annihilation Bishop’…” The old scholar’s face was ashen, his voice filled with despair, “They are the executioners of the Order, responsible for conquest and destruction, and their strength is unfathomable…”
The resistance fighters inside the stronghold gripped their weapons, but their hands trembled slightly. The disparity in strength was too great; this was not an evenly matched battle, but the prelude to a massacre.
