Tang Yilan stared at her in disbelief, almost unable to catch her breath.
"Are you kidding me?! The script describes Wenwen as having a fiery personality, how could she possibly wear gloves to hit someone? Besides, this is a period drama, Wenwen is supposed to wear a cheongsam!"
"What's the big deal!" Cheng Xuerou scoffed. "Just change the script, right?"
"No one has ever been like you!"
“We have them now!” Cheng Xuerou declared confidently. “Anyway, if you don’t let her wear gloves, I won’t film!”
"Cheng Xuerou!"
Tang Yilan could no longer bear it, and the volcano in her heart erupted with a roar.
She grabbed the script from the table, slammed it to the ground, and yelled, "If you don't want to film, then terminate your contract! My crew doesn't support actors like you who lack professional ethics!"
While throwing the script, I accidentally scraped a glass on the table. With a bang, the glass fell to the ground, shards scattered everywhere.
Cheng Xuerou was almost hit by the script, and then glass shards landed on her feet. She screamed and took several steps back.
Just then, she saw a figure flash past the doorway.
"Ah Chen?" Cheng Xuerou's voice immediately trembled with tears. "You've come to see me?"
