Nie Xin saw He Ya walking this way from afar, her brows furrowed, and she pulled Sang Qing aside.
Seeing Nie Xin's behavior, the others understood. Although they didn't want to offend the princess, the Nie family was not someone to be trifled with.
So they all went through the formalities and then made an excuse to leave.
Hea couldn't believe that she had been left standing there by everyone!
"Sister." He Jin's voice suddenly came from behind.
She turned her head and caught a glimpse of He Jin's ambiguous smile.
"I've said it before, don't take your royal status so seriously," He Jin said in a low voice. "Everyone's not stupid; everyone can weigh what's important!"
"What?" Heya sneered. "Can't I even join in the fun now? This is the Grand Palace, my home! You're having a party here without the host's permission! Is this acceptable?"
"Sister, what you're saying is getting more and more outrageous. When did this palace become your home? This is Uncle's home. My brother and I are just staying here temporarily!"
"you……"
"Besides, I had already informed my uncle about this party."
"He Jin!" He Ya's face turned deathly pale. "You're deliberately going against me! You'd rather side with outsiders than your own sister!"
"Sister, I just hope you won't humiliate yourself here." He Jin's face darkened. "You always talk about the royal family's reputation, but please don't do anything that would damage it!"
After saying that, He Jin gave her a cold look, then turned and left.
Heya clenched her fists, her nails digging deep into her flesh, a malicious glint flashing across her furious face.
Just then, a servant hurriedly carried a basin of charcoal towards them.
Heya's eyes darted around, and she subtly stuck her foot out. The maid, rushing by, didn't see clearly and tripped!

The maid lost her balance and flung the charcoal brazier in her hand. Pieces of scorching hot coals rained down on Sang Qing like meteorites falling from the sky!
Everyone was terrified by this sudden turn of events.
Some people fled in panic, while others crouched on the ground with their heads in their hands. Sparks flew as burning embers rained down, and screams echoed through the Imperial Garden.
As the burning coals were about to fall on Sang Qing's head, her mind went blank, and her body stiffened, not knowing where to hide.
But at the critical moment, a pair of strong arms suddenly encircled her, and she fell into that warm, familiar embrace. Those large hands separated her from the burning coals.
She seemed to feel the embers brush against the tip of her ear and smelled the burning odor, but she wasn't burned. When she came to her senses, she saw Nie Xin's pale face and beads of sweat on his nose.
“Uncle!” Sang Qing shouted.
Nie Xin was injured; both her hands were burned and bloody.
Hearing the noise from nearby, He Jin hurriedly ran over. Just as he brushed past He Ya, he saw a slightly frightened expression on her face.
He Jin glared at her fiercely.
Heya staggered back a few steps, then stumbled away in the chaos. He Jin didn't have time to chase after her; he quickly sent someone to find a doctor and ordered people to clear the embers from the lawn to prevent a fire.
"Nie Xin, are you alright?" Jiang Can and Huo Zhixing also rushed over upon hearing the commotion. "Get some ice first!"
Everyone scrambled to find ice.
Nie Xin had burned off a layer of skin on both hands, so ice couldn't be used rashly. Fortunately, the doctor arrived quickly and soon gave him first aid with professional medication before sending him to the hospital.

Heya rushed back to her palace in a panic, and as soon as she entered, she ordered all the doors to be closed and locked from the inside.
She didn't want to see anyone during this time.
The maid poured her a cup of iced tea.
Even after she finished drinking, her throat still felt tight and she was sweating profusely.
"Your Highness, what has happened?"
Heya took a deep breath, biting her lip hard, her lips twitching slightly.
What she just witnessed made her both angry and scared.
The fear is that if Nie Xin is hurt, the Nie family will probably not be able to explain it.

"The investigators said that Sang Qing grew up in a Manchester slum and hung out with a group of Gypsies all the time. Her parents were illegal immigrants; her father was a drug addict and her mother was a prostitute. She was also abandoned by her parents when she was very young."
"So, she probably has no relation to my aunt."
Heya breathed a sigh of relief, realizing that she had indeed been paranoid.
"Your Highness, of course there's no way there could be any connection!" The maid smiled. "That lowly woman comes from a humble background; it's her good fortune to be able to come to Southeast Asia! Your Highness, what's wrong with you today? Did you quarrel with Young Master Xin again?"
Hea was upset and turned her back to her.
It would be better if they argued! I don't even know how badly Nie Xin is injured, how am I going to deal with it then...

Heya closed her eyes tightly, then suddenly opened them a moment later.
