"Alright, alright, let's not disturb this mother-in-law and daughter-in-law's conversation!" The ladies laughed and joked. "Mrs. Huo, let's go sit over there, you two can continue your chat!"
Fan Ya-wen rolled her eyelids up and finally breathed a sigh of relief.
However, just as the group turned around, she heard them whispering, "These two really do look alike, sitting there without moving or saying a word!"
"Hey, is that really her daughter-in-law? I noticed the girl's fingers are bare, she doesn't even have a ring! Does the Huo family really mistreat their daughter-in-law like that?"
Fan Ya-wen's expression changed, and she slammed the cup into the saucer!
The coffee spilled out.
Pei Nian's body trembled.
Fan Yawen stood up abruptly and pulled Pei Nian outside.
"Auntie..."
"What are you standing there for? Let's go!" Fan Yawen glared at her.
Pei Nian was completely confused. "Where to?"
"Ha, how dare you talk about how my Huo family mistreated our daughter-in-law?" Fan Yawen gritted her teeth and narrowed her eyes. "This is truly intolerable!"
"ah?"
"Yes... This is intolerable! What cannot be tolerated!"
Pei Nian looked at her, completely bewildered.

"Let's go!" Fan Yawen personally drove the car, slamming on the gas pedal!

Fan Ya-wen glanced at her, gritted her teeth, and squeezed out three words: "Buy a ring!"
