Chapter 889 Unforgettable (12)

Ning Meng finally couldn't hold back any longer and exploded.

"Ding Daming! You are utterly unreasonable!"

Ding Daming stared at her blankly, as if she were a lunatic.

Was he wrong? Boys are clearly more valuable! This woman, she doesn't want the money she deserves, she insists on stealing a worthless girl!

Sigh, it seems women really are born cheap!

Ding Daming's foolish and inexplicable sense of superiority was stirring in his heart.

"Miss Ning, you really don't understand? Heh!" He shook the bottle in his hand. "Girls, when they grow up, they have to get married. In the end, don't all women end up being taken by men..."

"Shut up!"

"Do what I tell you to do!" Ning Meng didn't have the patience to argue with him. "I tell you to steal this child, so go and steal it!"

Once Ning Meng lost control, she became irrational, shouting and yelling without any regard for the fact that this was the hotel's backyard.

Even if there's no one around, it's still a public place.

"Ding Daming!" She was so angry that she was panting heavily. She glared at him fiercely, then took out a wad of banknotes from her bag and threw them hard at his face!

Ding Daming was caught off guard; the banknotes fell to the ground like a red rain. His eyes lit up at the sight of the money, and without thinking, he knelt on the ground and frantically picked up the banknotes one by one, clutching them tightly in his hands.

Ning Meng sneered, "Now, you can go steal children, right?"

Ding Daming nodded and bowed, grinning from ear to ear.

"Sure, sure! Miss Ning, I'll get you ten, not just one!"

"Can't you even understand human language?!" Ning Meng rolled her eyes at him. "I only want this child!"

"well."

After picking up the money, Ding Daming stood up, spat on his fingers, and was about to count the money when he met Ning Meng's disgusted gaze.

He gave an awkward smile, wiped his hands on his clothes, rolled up the wad of money, and stuffed it into his pocket.

“After it’s done, I’ll give you even more than this,” Ning Meng said coldly. “You just need to bring the child here, and you don’t need to worry about the rest. Just remember one thing: you’re not allowed to hurt the child!”

That's the apple of the eye of both the Huo and Lu families. If it's damaged in the slightest, Ning Meng will be in deep trouble!

“Okay, I’ve got it.” Ding Daming nodded. “But Miss Ning, if I may add something… what exactly do you need this child for? Tell me, and I’ll know what to do next!”

Ning Meng glanced at him.

Since we're all in the same boat now, it won't hurt to let him know. Besides, Ding Daming also hates Pei Nian; isn't the enemy of my enemy my friend?

“Heh,” Ning Meng cleared her throat, “Isn’t your adopted daughter’s mother a human trafficker?”

"Huh?" Ding Daming couldn't quite grasp the concept.

"I want everyone to see, including Miss Lu, that a trafficker's daughter is also a trafficker! Pei Nian, whom she has always trusted, is the culprit who abducted her daughter!"

Ning Meng was making her plans meticulously, while Ding Daming stared blankly at her, muttering, "The culprit... isn't it you?"

"Ding Daming!"

If Ning Meng had a knife, she really wanted to stab him to death!

"Alright, alright, do as I say! Don't let a single word of this leak out. If you dare ruin my plans, I'll make sure you die a horrible death!"

Ding Daming stood meekly to the side, watching Ning Meng leave like a gust of wind.

He scratched his head, opened the bottle, and took a swig. The strong liquor went down his throat, making him feel both intoxicated and comfortable.

After putting the bottle cap back on, he felt his bulging pocket.

Hey, forget about any plans, what's in my pocket is what really matters!

Ding Daming hummed a little tune as he walked towards his room.

He took out his room key and was about to open the door when suddenly a figure flashed by!

"Ah!" Ding Daming exclaimed softly, but when he saw who it was, he reverted to his original fierce and menacing demeanor, cursing, "You debt collector! You trying to scare your father to death?"

Ding Cheng stared straight at him, a faint smile playing on his lips.

Ding Daming opened the door and let him in. Ding Cheng looked around, a complicated expression on his face.

Every inch of this place feels like it's made of gold.

At that time, Ding Daming lived in such a house.

Ding Cheng curled his lips coldly. How could he be worthy of him?

"Hey, what are you doing here?" Ding Daming poked him hard in the back. "Shouldn't you be at school right now?"

Ding Cheng turned to look at him and said casually, "I wanted to see you, so I came."

"Look at me?" Ding Daming felt like the sun had risen in the west.

"When will you, you little bastard, ever think of your father again! Ha!"

Ding Cheng smiled; that was indeed true.

No one with a sound mind would constantly think about a father who only beats them.

"Alright, then I'll get straight to the point without interrupting your drinking." Ding Cheng glanced at the bottle in his hand, then his gaze shifted to his pocket, a sly glint in his eyes.

"I saw it all!"

"What?"

"I saw that woman give you money."

Ding Daming panicked and tried to shut him up, but Ding Cheng nimbly dodged to the side and smiled at him.

“I saw it all, and I heard it all! You think there’s no one there?”

"You little bastard, stop talking nonsense!" Ding Daming was furious and embarrassed. He still remembered Ning Meng's instructions that not a single word of this matter should be revealed!

"I'm not lying," Ding Cheng said calmly. "You and that woman are trying to frame my sister!"
