Jiang Can's heart was pounding, and her mind went completely blank.
The voice outside... must be a young girl.
Who is she, and how did she end up here?
"Ugh, this lock is tough!" the girl sighed. "Um... step back a bit! I'll smash this lock open with a rock!"
Jiang Can paused for a moment, then immediately did as she said, retreating to the corner of the wall.
The sound of the girl banging on the door echoed throughout the basement, which was somewhat frightening.
A moment later, there was a loud "bang," followed by the chains falling and making a crisp clanging sound.
The door opened, but Jiang Can's body stiffened, her hands and feet seemingly frozen in place.
"Sister?" A petite figure flashed by. "Hurry up and get out of here!"

"Let's go!" Before Jiang Can could speak, she was grabbed by a pair of delicate little hands.
She could no longer think rationally about all of this; the only thing she could do was follow the girl and escape from this dark cage.
There were many dead rats at the entrance, along with baseball bats and large stones.
It seems the girl used these to kill the rats.
These small hands, though slender, were incredibly warm, like a lifeline in despair. Jiang Can held them tightly, and suddenly felt an urge to cry.
Jiang Can followed her as she ran wildly through the darkness until they finally saw a glimmer of light.
"Okay, you're safe now." The two walked side by side down the hotel corridor. The girl smiled slightly at her, then pulled her into the elevator and pressed the button for the top floor.
Jiang Can then clearly saw what the girl looked like.
She is beautiful, with smiling eyes and a colorful smile.
And she looks... very familiar.
Jiang Can was stunned for a moment, but couldn't remember where she had seen it before.
"Sister, are you alright?"
"Oh, it's nothing." Jiang Can came back to her senses, looked at her gratefully, and bowed deeply.
"Hey, what are you doing! You don't need to do this."
"Sister, my name is Huo Zhixin," she introduced herself with a smile. "What's your name?"
So this is Miss Huo?
