"He is my friend. He came from another place to visit me." Su Banxia bit her lower lip slightly, with a hint of nervousness and uneasiness in her eyes.
She was keenly aware that the distance between them was unusually close, and this closeness made her feel an unprecedented sense of oppression.
At this moment, although their bodies were not really touching, the distance between them was like an invisible net that trapped her tightly and left her with nowhere to escape.
She felt as if her consciousness had left her body and was wandering freely outside. Her mind was blank, with only the most superficial and direct feelings remaining.
She could clearly feel her heart beating like thunder, the violent beating seemed to burst through her chest; and the aura emanating from Lou Jiyun was as hot as a burning flame, burning her cheeks and making a blush quickly spread to her entire face.
"He's not your boyfriend?" Lou Jiyun narrowed his eyes slightly, as if examining every expression on Su Banxia's face, trying to find the answer from her subtle reactions.
After hearing Su Banxia's answer, he seemed quite satisfied with it, and even his voice softened unconsciously, as if a taut string had finally relaxed.
"How can he be my boyfriend? I don't have a partner." Su Banxia shook her head vigorously, her eyes revealing determination and sincerity, trying to make Lou Jiyun believe her words.
"Really?" Lou Jiyun stretched out the last syllable of his voice, with a hint of joy in it, as if there was a small hook hidden in it, gently scratching Su Banxia's heart.
This time, there was no pain or itch, but it was like the warmest breeze in February, gently blowing across the heart, making the heart tremble slightly, and causing an indescribable throbbing.
Su Banxia's fingers seemed to be running wild, clenching the already-torn paper towel tightly in her hands. The paper rustled softly under her force. At this moment, her heart felt as if it were being gripped tightly by an invisible hand, trembling with fear. The indescribable palpitations washed over her like a surging tide, wave after wave, as if to completely rob her of her breath, suffocating her and leaving her feeling even more mortal.
"He is the one I have known since childhood..." Su Banxia opened her mouth, trying to say something to relieve the pent-up restlessness in her heart.
However, at this moment, Lou Jiyun suddenly bent down without warning.
This action was too sudden and Su Banxia had no time to react.
In an instant, their eyes were level with each other. The distance, which was already unusually close, was ruthlessly shortened in this instant.
We were so close that our breaths were intertwined, you were in me and I was in you.
Lou Jiyu exuded a powerful aggression, like a beast ready to attack, ready to break through all defenses, reach her heart, and launch a vigorous siege.
Su Banxia clearly felt that the aura emanating from Lou Jiyun was scorching, like a flame burning in summer, burning her cheeks.
The taste of soda left in her mouth was sweet, mixed with the faint aroma of beer on Lou Jiyun's body. The slightly intoxicating breath made her brain gradually become chaotic.
But what made her most difficult to resist was Lou Jiyun himself. His every move and every word seemed to carry a fatal attraction that easily touched her heartstrings.
"He's not your boyfriend, that's good." Lou Jiyun's voice was low and hoarse, as if coming from the depths of his throat, with an irresistible charm.
He narrowed his eyes slightly, raised the corners of his mouth, revealing a meaningful smile, and then slowly said, "Then we are the same, I don't have a girlfriend either."
At such a close distance, Lou Jiyun happened to say such ambiguous and suggestive words.
These few short sentences are like throwing a huge rock into a calm lake, causing a thousand waves.
Su Banxia only felt that her heartbeat suddenly accelerated, as if it was about to jump out of her throat.
The corridor was quiet and windless, and the air seemed to be frozen, as if trapping the scorching heat of a midsummer.
Su Banxia felt hot and uncomfortable all over, with sweat dripping down her forehead. Her cheeks were as red as ripe apples, and her eyes were full of panic and shyness. Her hands trembled slightly at her sides unconsciously, as she tried to find a support point but found none.
At this moment, she felt as if she was in a sea of fire, tightly surrounded by Lou Jiyun's words and breath, unable to escape.
Lou Jiyun looked at the uneasy Su Banxia and suddenly felt a little pity for her. He decided not to tease her anymore.
He took a step back slightly, creating a heart-pounding distance between them.
Then, he lowered his head to look at the pitiful paper towel in Su Banxia's hand. A smile appeared on the corner of his mouth, and he slowly stretched out his hand.
"Does this paper towel have a grudge against you? Why do you want to destroy it like this?" His voice was a little teasing, like a spring breeze, gently brushing past Su Banxia's ears.
There was a gentle light in his eyes as he looked at Su Banxia quietly, waiting for her response.
Hearing the voice, Su Banxia subconsciously lowered her head to look at the paper towel in her hand.
At this moment, the paper towel had been completely shattered. It was no longer smooth as before and had been rubbed into pieces by her, as if telling of her inner panic and nervousness. Her cheeks instantly became hot and her heart was filled with embarrassment. She was just about to crumple up the "wreckage" and throw it away to cover up her loss of composure.
At this moment, Lou Jiyun reached out his hand before her and gently held her hand.
