Lou Jiyun's eyes were filled with a gentle smile. He leaned forward slightly, his gaze locked onto Su Banxia's, and asked softly, "Are you nervous?"
Su Banxia raised her head slightly, met his gaze, and nodded seriously without any hesitation. Her cheeks were flushed, and there was a hint of shyness and nervousness in her eyes. Her lovely look made Lou Jiyun's heart tremble.
"I'm nervous, too."
"Um?"
"I'm afraid you'll reject me harshly today, and then I'll have no hope." Lou Jiyun took a deep breath and spoke slowly, his eyes fixed on Su Banxia, unwilling to miss any subtle changes in her expression. "If I don't come to you today, will you avoid me forever?"

Su Banxia's answer seemed to greatly please Lou Jiyun.
The corners of his lips curled up slightly, revealing a brilliant smile, which was like a flower blooming in spring, warm and charming.
Su Banxia's palms, however, were burning with nervousness, sweat dripping from them. Her breathing became rapid, her chest heaving violently, and she even felt as if her consciousness was drifting, as if she were in a cloud of mist, unable to tell east from west.
"Xiao Xiatian..." Lou Jiyun spoke again, calling back the affectionate name he had used before, his voice soft and affectionate.
"Hmm?" Su Banxia responded subconsciously, her voice as small as the flapping of mosquito wings.
"You care about me." Lou Jiyun smiled gently, his eyes full of determination.
Su Banxia's eyes flashed, and she felt her heart beating faster and faster, as if it was about to jump out of her throat.
She was so nervous that she almost suffocated, and thought to herself, what is this person thinking about? Does he still have the mind to tease her and make her happy?
Her heart was in a mess. She was nervous and embarrassed. Thinking about what happened on the night of the Dragon Boat Festival, she was also a little angry. All kinds of complicated emotions intertwined in her heart, making her little face red with anger.
She just raised her head and wanted to confront Lou Jiyun and tell him everything that was in her mind.
But at this moment, she felt a warm big hand gently holding the back of her head.
Her body staggered slightly, and before she could react, she fell into Lou Jiyun's arms, interrupting the words she was about to say.

Lou Jiyun withdrew slightly, and the palm that was supporting the back of her head slowly slid down, gently brushing her hair, as if soothing a frightened bird.

Su Banxia seemed to be under a spell. She stood there blankly, her mind blank. She did not respond to Lou Jiyun's words.
Under Lou Jiyun's gaze, her limbs stiffened, she turned mechanically, and walked towards the apartment step by step.
