The next morning, sunlight streamed through the thin curtains into the room. Qu Qingdai, still nestled in Su Jingmo's warm embrace, was awakened by the crisp ringing of a phone. She gently nuzzled her head against Su Jingmo's solid chest, her voice a bit hazy as she said coquettishly, "Mo, it's your call, right? Come on, answer it."
"Okay, baby, go back to sleep," Su Jingmo said lovingly, stretching out one slender arm to reach for the phone on the bedside table. With his other hand, he gently patted Qu Qingdai's back, as if soothing her to sleep. His gentle voice was as warm as a spring breeze.
Su Jingmo picked up his phone and saw that it wasn't his phone ringing. He then turned his gaze to Qu Qingdai's bedside table. Qu Qingdai's phone was buzzing and vibrating, and the light on the screen was flickering.
Su Jingmo lowered his head and said to Qu Qingdai gently, "Baby, wake up, it's your phone ringing, baby... do you want to answer it?"
"Hmm? Is it mine?" Qu Qingdai raised her head from Su Jingmo's arms and asked sleepily, looking so adorable.
"It's from the baby, do you want to answer it?" Su Jingmo asked patiently.
"Well... take it. There must be something urgent going on so early in the morning!" Qu Qingdai said with a frown.
"Okay!" Su Jingmo replied, then leaned over and gently picked up Qu Qingdai's phone. Then, he held Qu Qingdai in his arms, sat up slightly, and handed the phone to Qu Qingdai.
Su Jingmo lowered his head slightly, leaned close to Qu Qingdai's ear, and whispered softly, "Baby, it's Zhu Sha calling."
"Okay." Qu Qingdai's voice was soft and languid, with a hint of laziness from just waking up.
