"I'm full, take your time eating." Qu Qingdai said softly, her voice so gentle that it seemed as if water could drip out of it.
Hearing this, Su Jingmo did not force her, but just looked at her lovingly, letting her do what she liked. He continued to eat his loving lunch leisurely.
Qu Qingdai slowly began to look around the luxurious yet solemn office in front of her. It had to be said that this really resembled Su Jingmo's style.
Qu Qingdai strolled over to the stacked bookshelves, carefully examining the neatly arranged titles. Almost without exception, they were all business-related. She casually pulled out a book and gently flipped it open, revealing numerous notes written in a handwriting she knew all too well, a handwriting unique to him. She pulled out another, repeating this process several times until she realized all the books were filled with notes.
He'd actually read so many books? Qu Qingdai looked at the man sitting on the sofa, eating with a happy expression on his face. As if by telepathy, Su Jingmo suddenly raised his head. The moment their eyes met, they smiled tenderly. The brilliance of that moment seemed to burn her eyes.

Zhang Na stood outside the office door, motionless, her eyes empty and lifeless, staring straight at the door that isolated her from the outside. The scenes just now were like sharp knives, piercing her heart.
She had always believed the CEO was inherently cold and indifferent to everyone. She considered herself the only woman capable of staying by his side, and she had even considered herself an exception. But she had never imagined that fate would play such a huge joke on her. The man she loved deeply wasn't cold-hearted; it was simply that he disdained to offer anything other than coldness.
She refused to accept it, her heart filled with resentment. What else did that woman have besides her stunning beauty? Someone who could heartlessly abandon even her own parents didn't deserve the CEO's love at all!
"Sister Na, Sister Na?" An intern secretary called cautiously, her eyes full of anxiety.
Zhang Na slowly came back to her senses. She narrowed her eyes slightly, and her gaze was like a sharp sword, shooting straight at the intern secretary Xiao Li, as if it wanted to pierce her heart directly.
"What's the matter?" Zhang Na's voice was cold and stiff, making people shudder.
"Um... do we need to make coffee for the guests?" Xiao Li asked in a trembling voice, her body also shaking slightly with fear.
"Leave this matter to me, and you just go and take care of your own business." Zhang Na looked at the intern secretary's frightened eyes, and her tone softened a little at this time.
"Yes!" Xiao Li secretly breathed a sigh of relief as if a heavy burden had been lifted from his shoulders.
Zhang Na glanced at the tightly closed door with a complicated expression. The door seemed to separate her from another world. Then, she turned and slowly walked towards the small kitchen where they usually rested.
A guest, that's right, she was just a guest. Even if she had some connection with the CEO, she was just a mistress. Zhang Na thought to herself, who would have the last laugh?
A few minutes later, Zhang Na held two cups of fragrant coffee steadily in her hands. She took a deep breath and came to the door of the president's office. She raised her hand and gently knocked on the closed door.
"Come in!" Su Jingmo's usual cold voice came from inside the door. This voice made Zhang Na's body tremble slightly, but she quickly adjusted her mood and pushed the door open.
Zhang Na quickly suppressed the complex expression in her eyes and forced a smile as bright as a delicate flower. She held her coffee steadily in both hands and walked slowly into the office with light steps.
Upon entering the office, Su Jingmo was buried in a pile of documents. He didn't even look up. The entire office was so quiet that only the rustling of pages and the sound of writing could be heard. On the sofa nearby, Qu Qingdai leaned gracefully against the bookshelf, holding a book in her hands, reading with deep concentration. Her expression was so focused, as if she was completely immersed in the world of the book.
Although they were far apart, the temperaments they exuded were extremely similar, and everything seemed so harmonious and well-matched. Seeing this scene, Zhang Na couldn't help but feel a little sour in her heart. The sour feeling spread in her heart, making her mood even heavier.
"What's the matter?" Su Jingmo asked coldly, with a hint of imperceptible displeasure in his voice. He didn't even lift his eyelids, still concentrating on the mountain of documents in front of him.
"President, here's your coffee," Zhang Na said softly. She carefully placed an exquisite cup on the desk, her eyes filled with fascination and admiration as she gazed at Su Jingmo, almost mesmerized. However, Su Jingmo ignored her presence, still buried in his documents, showing no intention of paying any attention to her.
Lian Yina stood before Su Jingmo, her heart aching. She looked at him with resentment, her eyes filled with loss and melancholy. She stood there quietly, as if waiting for Su Jingmo to notice her, even just a glance. However, Su Jingmo remained absorbed in his work, completely oblivious to her presence.
"Is there anything else?" Su Jingmo noticed the other party's overly passionate gaze, and the movement of the pen in his hand paused slightly, and his cold tone was mixed with strong displeasure and irritability.
"No, this is coffee for the guests." Zhang Na's straight figure trembled slightly, and then she turned around hurriedly and placed the coffee on the coffee table in front of the sofa. As she turned around, her eyes inadvertently caught sight of the insulated box on the coffee table, and her gaze paused.
