Someone, someone hit me! He said as he curled up, muttering, "Give me the money for the surgery! If I become disabled, you'll have to support me forever! My prime years are ruined like this, ouch!"

As Li Chuanze spoke, he pushed the big brother next to him. The big brother was pushed back repeatedly and was so scared that he was dumbfounded.

He has never seen this kind of thing in his line of work. This kid seems to be more seriously injured than him. Who hit whom?

Seeing that some passersby stopped and looked over curiously, the scammer realized that something was wrong and stood up and ran away. He was much faster than usual and disappeared at the end of the road in a flash.

After the man ran to a deserted place, Li Chuanze immediately straightened up and raised his chin proudly towards Ye Ruoliu: "How is it, is this trick of mine good? Even Oscar owes me a little golden man!"

Ye Ruoliu looked at his expression which changed instantly, and felt angry and amused at the same time, and was completely speechless.

"I have already recorded the video. If he insists on making trouble, we can just ask the police to watch the video and the problem will be solved. If you fall to the ground and hit your head, wouldn't that be troublesome?" Ye Ruoliu said.

Li Chuanze was quite dissatisfied and tapped Ye Ruoliu's eyebrows with his finger: "What you should do now is to praise my excellent acting skills instead of nagging me. I know you are doing this for my own good, but I am not made of paper and I am not that fragile!"

"It's better to be safe than sorry. Be good in the next two days and take care of your injury." Ye Ruoliu advised.

"I know, I know. I know my limits. Don't worry." Li Chuanze gently tapped Ye Ruoliu's eyebrows to smooth out her frown.

"There is no surveillance around here, but he is so arrogant. It really drives me crazy. I'm going to beat him up," Li Chuanze said with a pout.

"You've been frowning all day, Ye Ruoliu, what's wrong?" Li Chuanze was very close, almost touching his face to Ye Ruoliu's. His warm breath hit Ye Ruoliu's cheek, making her blush instantly.

"It's okay, I'm just a little worried about you." Ye Ruoliu said lightly, but felt embarrassed, so she pushed Li Chuanze back to avoid any more accidents.

Li Chuanze lay back down on the bed. Perhaps because his acting skills had taken too much energy, he looked listless, his eyelids drooping, and he looked sleepy. Ye Ruoliu covered him with the quilt and poured a glass of warm water on the bedside. "Alright, stop showing off. Get some rest. Rest for two days and see how you do before you're discharged." Ye Ruoliu's voice slowed down, a hint of comfort in her voice.

Li Chuanze looked at Ye Ruoliu busying around, and a different emotion surged in his heart: "Ye Ruoliu, are we serious about this? Are you blaming yourself?"

Ye Ruoliu was packing her things when she paused. She felt guilty, thinking that if it weren't for her, Li Chuanze wouldn't have been hurt. She sighed softly, "Li Chuanze, if you want to cheer me up, then just heal your wounds."

She turned around and looked at Li Chuanze. Li Chuanze had curved eyebrows and a high nose bone. He was recognized as the school's most handsome boy.

The frail Li Chuanze was no longer as noisy as usual and actually looked rather well-behaved. She looked at Li Chuanze's face seriously and said, "Thank you for today, Li Chuanze. Thank you for risking your life to save me, and thank you for always considering my feelings."

Perhaps Ye Ruoliu was too serious, Li Chuanze didn't seem to expect her to thank him so formally. After Ye Ruoliu finished speaking, he didn't know how to respond.

He unconsciously looked away, his ears slightly red, and muttered: "Why are you suddenly so corny? Isn't this what I should do? If you really want to thank me, just help me with my homework." The corners of his lips rose slightly, and he could not hide the secret joy in his heart.

Ye Ruoliu gave Li Chuanze a few brief instructions and then went back.

She was also exhausted after a day of work. After returning home and washing up briefly, she lay down on her bed and prepared to fall asleep. Before going to bed, she glanced at her phone.

I received a strange text message, which said, "Just wait for me, I will never let you off easily."

The address showed that it was in City A. Ye Ruoliu's phone number was known to a reasonable number of people—not too many, but not too few either—because their school had a class group, and the student notes in the group were all "name + phone number," so it was easy to get her phone number.

So Ye Ruoliu judged that it was either a prank by a classmate or a bad guy was at work.

She was so tired that she simply asked in the class group, "Has anyone received any harassing messages?" and planned to call the sender tomorrow morning.

My eyelids slowly closed and I soon fell asleep, sleeping soundly and dreamlessly all night.

The next day, she was woken by a barrage of messages from Li Chuanze. She picked up her phone and saw that she had slept until 10 a.m., which was a sign of exhaustion.

I took a quick look at Li Chuanze's information:

When will you come to see me? I'm so bored in the hospital and want to be discharged.

I just asked the doctor, and he said I can be discharged on Monday, so it won’t affect my studies at all.

Well, I originally wanted to trick my head teacher into granting me two more days of leave, but the hospital had already told my dad, and my dad told the head teacher directly.

My head teacher is still waiting to see whether I will go to school tomorrow. I am speechless.

Please come to me soon, I'm so bored.

Don’t come yet, my mom is here, with my dad.

They've left, they've left, come here."

Ye Ruoliu replied "I understand" to Li Chuanze, washed up slowly and went to the hospital. Unexpectedly, Li Chuanze had already packed up and was ready to be discharged from the hospital.

Li Chuanze didn't have much stuff, and it could fit in a backpack. Ye Ruoliu was a little surprised to see him pack up so quickly. "What else? I can't bear to stay in this shabby place for even a second longer."

Li Chuanze stood up, held his waist and twisted it, looking in good spirits. "The doctor said there was no problem after the rounds. My dad's secretary just finished the formalities and we can leave." The two walked out of the hospital together, with the warm sunlight shining on them.

Li Chuanze took a deep breath and spread his arms as if embracing the sunshine. "Oh, it's still more comfortable outside. Oh, by the way, my dad has ordered me to stop fooling around like this. I'm not staying with you today and I'm going home. Also, I've already discussed with my dad about buying a villa near the school, and he agreed."

"Well, I'm glad you're okay." Ye Ruoliu was not surprised that Li Deng bought a house for Li Chuanze. After all, Li Deng only had Li Chuanze as his child, so naturally he would hold him in his mouth for fear that he would melt, and hold him in his hands for fear that he would fall.

"Aren't you happy to live with a handsome guy like me?" Li Chuanze asked with a raised eyebrow.

"I didn't agree to live with you." Ye Ruoliu said lightly.

"Why? I've specially prepared for this and was hoping you would agree." Seeing that Li Chuanze was unhappy, Ye Ruoliu didn't want to argue with him about this for the time being, so she interrupted the topic and lied that she had something to do and left first.

In fact, Ye Ruoliu hadn't decided whether she should agree to Li Chuanze's request. In fact, Li Chuanze had stayed in the house she rented many times, but she always felt a little uncomfortable.

If she had a share of the ownership of the house, then this awkward feeling might disappear.

But she tacitly assumed in her heart that the house belonged to Li Chuanze, so she felt particularly restrained, and it was no different from being at Li's house.

Standing on the roadside, she sent a message to Li Chuanze: "When you buy a house, tell me. I'll pay half of the money, and the property deed will be in both our names."

Li Chuanze didn't say much and replied with an OK emoticon.

That day, Ye Ruoliu stayed in her small rental house doing homework. She always felt that she had forgotten something, but she couldn't remember it no matter how hard she tried.

Monday arrived quickly, and Li Chuanze, still with a small piece of gauze on the back of his head, swaggered back to school. The first class on Monday was his homeroom teacher's class, and he didn't dare not attend.

The head teacher had known about Li Chuanze's injury for a long time. As soon as he entered the classroom, he locked his eyes on Li Chuanze. He first looked around him, then returned to the podium, ridiculed Li Chuanze with a hint of sarcasm, and then began to lecture.

After the class, everyone was doing exercises in their seats, and the head teacher turned the topic to Li Chuanze.

She stroked her chin with her hand and looked at Li Chuanze. Li Chuanze looked at her and quickly lowered his head.

But the head teacher's voice still came over: "Li Chuanze, look up, let me take a good look at you."

As soon as the head teacher said this, not only Li Chuanze raised his head, but all the classmates also looked up, first looking at Li Chuanze, and then at the head teacher.

The head teacher sighed and shook his head. "Your only use is your face. It was used to support our class. But now, you can't even support it."

Li Chuanze exploded when he heard this: "Teacher? Although my head is injured, my face is not injured!"

The head teacher waved his hand again: "No, you should recover first. I asked you to perform in a play before. If you mess up and something happens, your father will probably come to me for trouble."

The head teacher's words instantly aroused Li Chuanze's desire to win: "Teacher, it's okay for me to contribute to the class!"

The head teacher asked doubtfully, "Are you really alright?"

Li Chuanze responded, quite dissatisfied with the class teacher's suspicion.

Ye Ruoliu finally understood that the head teacher was trying to goad Li Chuanze. Li Chuanze was a quiet duck, and he would take the bait if provoked.

Seeing Li Chuanze's repeated insistence, the head teacher reluctantly agreed, and then turned his gaze to Ye Ruoliu's face: "Ruoliu, you go too.

Then select a few more people from the others. Anyway, this drama is the only show in the whole school, so each class must send a few people, and then there will be another selection.

Let's first decide on the class, and we'll see whether or not they'll be selected. You don't want to go to class anyway, so just treat it as a place to have fun."

Although they didn't have to attend classes, everyone scoffed at the show, mainly because they didn't want to be in the spotlight. Besides, it didn't seem to make much difference whether they attended the class or not.

The class monitor had to go through the motions during recess to finally get everyone together. The play was "Snow White," and I heard the school was going to perform it for a welfare home and was collaborating with a charity, so the school attached great importance to it.
