Chapter 80: Journey to Jueling Island

However, Elder Duanmu was right in front of her, so she couldn't say anything. She could only lead everyone forward calmly.

As the silver bells rang, the fog in front slowly dissipated, and a row of quaint houses appeared in front of everyone.

These gray and white houses formed a semicircle, with a dark black flat land in the middle, on which several familiar figures were sitting cross-legged.

"Duanmu, you are finally here." The second elder who was in the lead stood up, while the others were still meditating with their eyes closed.

Elder Duanmu nodded. He looked behind the group of elders and saw a group of people wearing white clothes. There were people of different sizes in this group, and each of them had pride on their face.

"People from Beiling Holy Land arrived so quickly?"

"They arrived at noon and have been waiting here for an hour. They are a bunch of difficult little ancestors."

The fifth elder felt something and came back to his senses from meditation. He opened his eyes and saw Lan Yue's innocent expression, and the corner of his mouth twitched.

"I presume these disciples are the proud pupils of the elders of the Southern Spiritual Sect, right? Nice to meet you. I am Elder Wan from the Beiling Holy Land. I'm here to show these little fellows around here someday."

A man in a blue robe walked over. He was slightly fat, with a scimitar on his back and a smiling face.

"I'm so happy to have come to your clan and entered its ruins. These little things are a token of our gratitude from the Beiling Holy Land."

He waved his hand lightly, and a row of fluorescent fruits floated in the air and landed in front of a group of disciples from the Nanling Sect.

Everyone looked up in surprise, apparently it was the first time they had seen this kind of spiritual fruit.

"This is a specialty of the Beiling Holy Land. It's not something particularly valuable," Elder Wan added.

"Since it is Elder Wan's intention, you can take them all." The second elder scanned the spiritual fruits with his spiritual sense and found nothing unusual, so he nodded directly.

"It turns out these people are from the Beiling Holy Land."

"People from the Beiling Holy Land are here! I haven't heard of them before!"

"Our competition has become fierce this time. The people from Beiling Holy Land are not easy to deal with."

A group of disciples discussed privately.

However, a group of little kids were very excited.

"Is the Beiling Holy Land the same Beiling Holy Land we've heard so much about? I haven't heard enough gossip about this place yet. I wonder if we can get any new information this time!"

"But we must be careful about gossip this time, as those people from the Beiling Holy Land are here too!"

"That's right, you must keep a low profile and be vigilant!"

Listening to the discussions of this group of little rascals, Elder Wan on the opposite side was a little confused.

The ruins on the Nanling Sect's side are very important, and he also wants to establish good relationships with these guys in advance.

However, are these really disciples of the Nanling Sect?

Why aren't they discussing cultivation, but are instead talking about gossip?

It’s only been a few decades since I last came here. Did something strange happen in the Nanling Sect?
