Ye Qing and Shen Xiyue appeared at the conference room door, dressed neatly, expecting to see Su Youling looking pitiful and being harassed.
They were both stunned by her radiant smile—what trick was Su Youling up to now? Had she given up on herself?

"What brings you to the Strange Kingdom, Mr. Ye?" Lex stood up first, coldly looking at Ye Qing, who seemed to have ill intentions. "This is an internal meeting of the Strange Kingdom. If you have something to say, go to the reception room and wait. This is not the Ye family business, and it's not up to a little girl like you to cause trouble here."
Ye Qing frowned, her gaze sweeping over Su Youling. "You..."
Su Youling shrugged and offered the head seat. "Don't look at me. I did everything according to Miss Shen's instructions. The current CEO of Strange Kingdom is Shen Xiyue. President Ye came with President Shen. Are you eager to return the project you stole to Strange Kingdom as a favor?"
Ye Qing's expression changed drastically. "You!"
No wonder she's so easy to talk to; she's actually plotting this behind the scenes.
Shen Xiyue chuckled and said, "You really will never learn to be clever."

Ye Qing walked over with a smile, pulled Shen Xiyue to sit down in the main seat, and said calmly, "Everyone, she is no ordinary person. This Miss Karina is the project director of the new project company that you have been dreaming of, and also the new CEO approved by Mrs. Ferro."

Ye Qing glanced at Su Youling and sneered, "Ms. Karina will make up for the losses caused by your CEO's missed project as soon as possible."
The crowd relaxed; merchants don't act without profit.
If this new girl really can turn the tide and put money in their pockets, then why not?
Lex glanced at Shen Xiyue and suddenly spoke up, "We're all seasoned veterans in the business world; we don't fall for empty promises. Karina, right? You can't just say you'll make money and actually do it, can you? Where's the plan? Where's the project? Where's the money?"
He glanced at Su Youling, who was unusually quiet and composed today, and felt that something was off. "Stop!" Lex was about to stop her when Shen Xiyue coldly stopped him, "Mr. Lex, I am the CEO personally appointed by Mrs. Ferro. Are you trying to rebel?"
"You!" Lex's face turned pale, but upon hearing Mrs. Ferro's name, he couldn't help but tremble and instinctively sat down.

Out of the corner of her eye, she stared blankly at Su Youling, who was about to leave. "President Ka, where are you going?"
"She's no longer Boss Ka," Ye Qing said sarcastically. "Once she leaves the Strange Kingdom, she's nothing more than a homeless dog."
The frowns and the tone of their voices suggest there might be a personal grudge involved!
Seeing Su Youling all alone and helpless, the senior directors felt a pang of pity.
Despite past arguments and insults, the profits Su Youling brought to the company were undeniable, and although the young girl was not old, she was very capable in handling affairs and dealing with people.
She never hesitates to give face when it's due.
Without comparison, there is no harm—this damn Karina is far inferior to Su Youling.
"No wonder!" the secretary exclaimed in sudden realization. "No wonder the domestic art exhibition suddenly contacted us, saying they would sue us for breach of contract, terminate all cooperation, and demand huge compensation from us."
"What!" Lex stood up in shock. "How could this happen? We were working together perfectly well before, how could you just turn your back on me like that?"
He turned around coldly, glaring at Su Youling. "Was this your doing? No wonder you left so easily; you were waiting here all along!"
"Don't make things up without evidence." Su Youling feigned surprise but not unexpectedness. "You know better than anyone how much the domestic market has developed. Strange Kingdom has been established for so many years, and you have been in charge of channel expansion. It's just that China's cultural history is too short and its art is too commercialized. Trying to break into the Chinese market is just wishful thinking."
