Chapter 32 A Show of Force
Li Mufeng took a moment to react. Was this an insult, telling him he was meddling?

"No wonder she's Li Tingxi's wife; the two of them share a tongue that's been soaked in arsenic." Li Mufeng muttered to himself.

"You look like a vixen. Does every time a man looks at you, it's considered rape? If you hadn't climbed the social ladder by relying on men, what right would a good-for-nothing like you have to sit here and talk to us?"
As Sister Feng said, the crowd was furious and their words became increasingly offensive. They were only taking advantage of the fact that Su Youling was just a weak and helpless woman who was easy to bully, and their words were filled with vulgar insults.
Li Mufeng, a grown man, felt uncomfortable listening to this. If it were a normal woman, she would either lash out or cry in distress. But the woman beside him was like an emotionless robot, unmoved and calm no matter what happened.
