As Wen Yan spoke, she took the contents of the file bag out and handed it to Shen Jingxiu.
Indeed, her past was just a simple blank sheet of paper, which Shen Jingxiu could read in a glance.
"The only useful information right now is the address of the place where you and your grandmother lived before you were sent to the welfare home."
“Yes,” Wen Yan nodded, “but I don’t know if my biological mother lived here before she passed away. If not, it will be quite difficult.”
"It's alright. As long as she has left a trace in this world, we'll find her eventually. It's just a matter of time. Anyway, we're not in a hurry. We have plenty of time. Please sit for a while. I'll go make a phone call."
After saying that, Shen Jingxiu took the paper and went to the computer.
A moment later, his voice came from the study as he made a phone call: "Help me look something up. I'll send you the address. Be quick, the sooner the better. You'd better get back to me within ten minutes."
The call was quickly disconnected, followed by the sound of Shen Jingxiu typing.
He seemed to be communicating with the other person the whole time, and Wen Yan didn't disturb him, just sipped her juice to pass the time.

Wen Yan, feeling bored, deleted some useless photos and screenshots from her phone's album.
About ten minutes later, Shen Jingxiu suddenly walked up to Wen Yan with his phone in hand.
His voice rang out above Wen Yan's head: "Found it. Yongfu Cemetery, but there are three tombstones with the name 'Gentle' in them. I can send someone over to take a look first, and then let you know. Or, since I don't have to work today, let's go take a look together. What do you think?"
"Let's go together then! If you don't mind the trouble."
"It's no trouble at all."
Shen Jingxiu is a typical man of action; as he said this, he had already grabbed his coat and car keys.
