The two descended the stairs at a leisurely pace, eventually completing the short distance.
"Then I'll ride my bike back."
Xu Jie said goodbye to Wen Yan first and walked towards his electric scooter.
Wen Yan followed him for two steps, then stood still and watched him go.

The man became even more enthusiastic when he saw that Shen Jingxiu had accepted the cigarette.

After the man drove away, Wen Yan got out of the car.

He came to deliver cardboard to me today. He regularly delivers cardboard from his factory to me. He knows I'm selling these to donate to the children."
