Chapter 2: Drink Well and Grow Strong

Chapter 2: Drink Well and Grow Strong

After getting off the car, Qi Juchen went to the restaurant to have dinner, and Qi Sijing went straight upstairs to the bathroom to take a shower.

He came out of the bathroom drying his hair, and the earring-like communicator on his earlobe happened to vibrate slightly.

He raised his hand and clicked the answer button on the virtual screen, walking out of the room while listening to Xia Wan accusing him.

Amidst the noisy background noise, Xia Wan's howl resounded through the sky, "Fourth brother! Why did you abandon me? Why!"

At this time, Qi Sijing had just pushed open the door of the room and happened to meet the eyes of Qi Juchen who was about to return to his room in the corridor.

Qi Sijing put the towel on his shoulders, smiled and nodded at Qi Juchen as a greeting, then raised his hand to pinch his tortured ears and said nonsense: "My brother doesn't allow me to go to that kind of place."

Qi Juchen, who was about to enter the room, stopped and turned his head to look at him.

Qi Sijing pushed back his dripping bangs and continued to argue with Xia Wan.

"Besides Qi Juchen, who else have I called brother?"

"I call Gu Lang Yan Yan Yan...why should I call him brother?"

"They didn't hit me, they just gave me a dog name... Xiao Qi."

"Tsk, try calling out another one."

"Why not? Are you afraid that I'll be led astray?"

"How can you talk like that... I just look good. Okay, no more chatting. Bye."

After Qi Sijing finished speaking, he pushed open the door of the library. When he looked back, Qi Juchen had already returned to his room.

He walked into the library, picked up a book at random, leaned back on the sofa and flipped through it casually.

As the sky gradually darkened, the lock finally clicked as expected.

Qi Sijing looked up with his chin propped up, and Qi Juchen happened to walk in.

The man had just finished washing up, and there were still crystal clear water droplets hanging on the ends of his hair. Even though he was wearing pajamas, the buttons were buttoned up meticulously.

Qi Sijing closed the book, stood up and walked towards Qi Juchen. Qi Juchen closed the door, lowered his eyes and rolled up his sleeves.

Qi Sijing grabbed Qi Juchen's wrist, raised his head slightly, and stared into Qi Juchen's eyes. "Last time I bit here, my dad almost found out. Can we change the place?"

Qi Juchen paused and was silent for a moment, "Where do you want to bite?"

Qi Sijing was not polite either. He raised his hand to unbutton the collar of Qi Juchen's pajamas, "Actually, what I want most is to bite your neck. After that, I will lick it more and it will hurt. But you don't let me lick it..."

Qi Juchen commented on him, "He's pushing the envelope."

Qi Sijing chuckled and tilted Qi Juchen's collar to the side, then lowered his head to Qi Juchen's shoulder, his lips almost touching his, but he finally struggled to get back on his feet, "Is your neck really that bad, brother?"

Qi Juchen lowered his eyes, hiding the emotion in them, and before Qi Sijing could speak, he replied, "It's up to you."

Qi Sijing's eyes lit up, he turned around, stuck close to Qi Juchen's neck, and licked it gently with the tip of his tongue.

Qi Juchen put his fingers into his hair again, and pulled him away with a little force. His voice was a little hoarse, "Just bite it."

Qi Sijing narrowed his fox eyes and said, "Oh."

The fangs pierced the thin skin on Qi Juchen's neck, and hot blood rushed out, all of which was sucked into the vampire's lips and teeth.

Qi Sijing swallowed, and because of satisfaction, his ears turned back to pointed ears. The finger-wide golden rune on the auricle, which symbolized his royal status, was covered with a layer of light and trembled slightly along with the tip of the ear.

His agate green eyes gradually turned red and dark, and his short pink hair extended to his waist, the color of his hair changing from pink to gold.

Qi Sijing blinked, retracted his fangs reluctantly, and slowly licked the two small bloody holes.

The blue veins on Qi Juchen's neck became more and more obvious. Finally, he reached his limit of endurance, tightened his hand on the back of Qi Sijing's head, and pulled Qi Sijing away.

Qi Sijing licked the tip of his teeth, a hint of impatience at being interrupted between his brows, "...Lick it for a while longer, it's not healed yet...My parents will beat me to death if they see me, brother."

The pulling force gradually loosened, and the smile in Qi Sijing's eyes grew deeper. He slowly continued to lick the marks he had left.

After a long while, Qi Sijing stood up straight, and said with a frown, "Okay, thank you, brother."

Qi Juchen ignored him, turned around and walked out of the library and went straight back to his room.

Qi Sijing was in a good mood after drinking, and didn't care whether Qi Juchen replied or not. He leaned back on the sofa and continued to flip through the book.

After reading a few pages out of boredom, he suddenly remembered something he had forgotten. With a light "tsk", he put the book back on the bookshelf and went to knock on Qi Juchen's door.

He stood outside the door and waited for half a minute before the door opened. Qi Juchen was covered in moisture, probably because he had taken another shower.

Qi Sijing curled his lips and smiled, then went straight into Qi Juchen's room and occupied half of the bed.

Qi Juchen walked up to him expressionlessly, his voice lower than usual, "What?"

Qi Sijing played with his hair and said without beating around the bush, "You haven't told me yet how I made you unhappy."

Qi Juchen stared at him with his eyes downcast, his brows furrowed again. After a long silence, he tilted his head to look out the French window, "That vampire, what he said is true."

Qi Sijing raised his eyebrows.

Qi Juchen retracted his gaze, leaned down slightly, and supported himself on the bed with his left hand. He stared at Qi Sijing's blood-red pupils with an erosive gaze, and opened his thin lips slightly, "So stay away from me."

Qi Sijing licked the tip of his teeth, his eyes not giving in at all, it was like a confrontation.

He did not hide the features of a vampire royal family. He squinted his eyes slightly, and his golden hair sparkled in the dim yellow light. This was the true appearance of the young and noble prince.

After a long moment, Qi Sijing raised his lips again, his fox eyes filled with his usual smile, and the sword shadows crossed and paused, "Brother, there is one thing that that pervert said is wrong."

A look of surprise flashed across Qi Juchen's eyes.

He thought that after the sword shadows stopped, the mountains and forests would be completely silent, but no, the bamboo forest collapsed and the mountains collapsed.

What else did the vampire say?

The arrogant nobles would not surrender.

This is wrong... so what is right?

Qi Sijing never kept him in suspense. He curled his lips and slowly placed his weight on the scale. "The education I received since childhood taught me that suicide for love is a matter of course."

Qi Juchen's Adam's apple rolled, he stood up straight, and looked away first, "There is no love between us."

Qi Sijing whistled frivolously, stood up and hooked Qi Juchen's chin, "That's because you didn't treat me well. Good night, brother."

He didn't care about Qi Juchen's reaction. After he said what he wanted to say, he got up and left.

Because he had teased Qi Juchen, Qi Sijing was in a particularly good mood the next morning. He lazily walked downstairs to the yard. When he didn't find Qi Juchen in the car, he raised his eyebrows slightly and looked at the driver standing by the car, "Where's Qi Juchen?"

The driver replied, "Master Qi left first."

The good mood is gone.

Qi Sijing smiled and said, "I walk to school."

The driver accepted it well, "Okay, sir."

Before Qi Juchen came home, Qi Sijing never took a car, because even if he stepped on the accelerator to the bottom, the car would only allow him to walk at most.

Just like now, he was in the yard with a forced smile one second, and the next second he was leaning back in his seat.

Gu Langyan, his deskmate, bit the bloody bag and glanced at him, then greeted him calmly, "Good morning."

"Good morning." Qi Sijing leaned over the desk, tapping the virtual screen in the air, browsing the information, and casually asked, "Did you have fun yesterday?"

Gu Langyan frowned and swallowed a mouthful of artificial blood, "Generally speaking, there are suitors for you."

Qi Sijing: "Fortunately I didn't go... Speaking of suitors, those of you almost treat me like a postman. They don't dare to come to you so they come to torment me."

Gu Langyan was originally very emotionless, and after being tortured by artificial blood, he became extremely poisonous. "You said we broke up."

"Ha." Qi Sijing thought it was unreliable. "What if they ask, 'Didn't you break up? Why are you still hanging out together?'"

Gu Langyan: "Cut off their tongues."

Qi Sijing glanced at Gu Langyan through the virtual screen, lowered his head, and laughed so hard that his shoulders shook. "Yanyan, how did you manage to be a public servant, taking the essence and the dregs, and develop such antisocial thoughts?"

Gu Langyan: "Xiao Qi, please help."

Qi Sijing dug out a few packets of artificial blood from the table, threw them on Gu Langyan's table, and said with a smile: "Drink it, drink up and grow strong."

Gu Langyan's face, which always had only two expressions, froze for a moment. He stared at the pile of artificial blood, disgust flashing in his eyes. Just as he was about to start a fight, something occurred to him. After a long silence, he asked, "Whose blood did you drink?"

Qi Sijing paused for a moment, and without hiding it from Gu Langyan, he lowered his voice and said, "Qi Juchen."

Gu Langyan was stunned for a moment, "The human orphan who moved into your house last year?"

Qi Sijing: "He has a family now."

Gu Langyan knew what he meant and changed his tone, "Your brother?"

Qi Sijing smiled and smoothed his soft pink fur, "Yes, very soft-hearted, very cute."

Gu Langyan swept the pile of artificial blood on the table into the belly, and did not continue to agree with him. He said: "Turn off the filter."

Qi Sijing readily agreed, "I've never done that."

Gu Langyan didn't comment any further, but just reminded: "Don't be too obvious."

Qi Sijing propped up his chin and narrowed his eyes, "I confessed my feelings yesterday, but he didn't wait for me this morning."

Gu Langyan: "Congratulations, happy heartbreak."

Qi Sijing: "You'd better drink less artificial blood. Your mouth is poisonous to begin with."

Gu Langyan said expressionlessly: "Drink enough and grow strong."

Young Master Qi was choked and speechless.
