Chunmei said, "The rockery in the garden is far away from the pond. How could you see the concubine being pushed by the princess when you were standing there?"
"I was at the rockery at first, but not there later. I was in a pavilion not far from the concubine." The maid blurted out.
Chen Jingxi raised her eyebrows, glanced at the maid with a half-smile, and asked, "Do you know the crime of slandering the princess?"
"I dare not. I did not slander the princess."
"Don't dare? Someone, come! Drag this maid away and beat her to death."
The servant hurriedly pulled at Zhao Yue's skirt and begged, "Concubine, please save this servant."
Zhao Yue stepped forward and said, "Your Highness, please make the decision for me. My maidservant just told the truth, and the princess wanted to beat her to death. As the mistress of the palace, how can the princess be so arrogant and unreasonable?"
Chen Jingxi glanced at Chu Jinghuai and said with a smile, "Prince, who do you want to make the decision for?"
Chu Jinghuai kicked the maid and said, "Tell me, who gave you the courage to slander the princess?"
The maid's face turned pale and she collapsed there, not knowing what to do. She glanced at Zhao Yue, then at Chu Jinghuai, and lowered her head in fear.
Chen Jingxi stepped forward and pinched her jaw. "You'd better think carefully before you speak. I've seen your little tricks countless times. Don't think that everyone in this world is stupid and can't even see such an obvious deliberate frame-up."
Hearing this, the maid's face turned even paler.
Chen Jingxi snorted coldly, "Just based on what you just said, this princess can execute you."
The maid was trembling with fear, knowing that if she didn't speak up, her life would be over. She hurriedly said, "This servant says that everything this servant did was ordered by the concubine. Please, my lord and princess, spare my life. This servant will never dare to do it again."
As soon as these words came out, Zhao Yue's eyes turned red with rage, and she wanted to hit the maid, "You slut, what nonsense are you talking about? I'll beat you to death."
Seeing this, Chu Jinghuai said sternly, "How dare you!"

Zhao Yue shuddered. It turned out that even though this man was thousands of miles away, he knew everything she had done to deal with the women in her backyard. But he hadn't said anything in those years. Why did he want to kick me out this time? Could it be...
She stared at Chu Jinghuai in a daze. "Your Highness is driving me away this time because I offended the princess? Your Highness can't stand it anymore?"
Chu Jinghuai smiled and said, "You are wrong. In the past, when you won, I would naturally stand on your side."
Zhao Yue sneered, "Haha, if the princess loses today, will the prince let her go to Jingchi?"
Chu Jinghuai frowned slightly.
Zhao Yue laughed and said, "I knew you wouldn't. You can't bear to let her go. You've fallen in love with her."

Before Zhao Yue could finish her words, several secret guards jumped out and covered her mouth.
She widened her eyes and looked at Chu Jinghuai, wanting to speak, wanting to tell Chu Jinghuai that she had something on him and he couldn't send her to Jingchi.
Chu Jinghuai said coldly, "I hate being threatened the most in my life. Since you know so much, I don't need to go to Jingchi. Zhao slandered the princess, knew she was wrong, and was so ashamed that she committed suicide."
