When Su Yinyin rushed to the hotel, as expected, the man was already in his room. When Liu Yue saw Su Yinyin coming back, he quickly got up and went out to leave them two spaces.
"You can run into my room so brazenly without worrying about being discovered."
Su Yinyin threw her bag onto the bed and threw herself onto it.
"Why did you come back so late?"
"It's all because of those old guys from the Wei family. They've been making trouble for a few days. I went to deal with them all today. I'm exhausted."
He walked over with a smile and massaged Su Yinyin's shoulders: "Thank you for your hard work, Miss Su."
Su Yinyin closed her eyes and enjoyed his massage. She raised her hand with satisfaction and commented, "The strength is very good. I will order you again next time."
"Well, as long as the guests like it, we also have special services. Miss Su, would you like to experience it?"
As he spoke, his hand slowly moved down to Su Yinyin's waist and pinched it. Su Yinyin felt an itch on her waist and turned over in bed: "What are you doing, do you want to fight?"
"I just want to remind someone that the filming is about to start. If you keep worrying about it, not only will your skin get worse, but you'll also be prone to endocrine disorders and weight gain."
Su Yinyin pinched her face: "Now that you mention it, I seem to have gained a little weight."
As she spoke, she turned on the camera on her phone and prepared to take a picture of her face. Unexpectedly, the camera also captured Lu Jingxu behind her. She planned to take a sneak shot when he wasn't paying attention, but she forgot to turn off the mute button. The phone made a click sound and Lu Jingxu looked up.
It just happened to capture the moment when he vaguely raised his eyelids, and Su Yinyin's half face was exposed. The look in the photo was exactly like a girl who was secretly looking at the person she had a crush on during her school days.
For a moment, she was also stunned.
Suddenly, he asked for no apparent reason, "Lu Jingxu, which high school did you attend in S City?"
"My parents weren't home often when I was in high school, so I went to school in City A with my cousin."
Su Yinyin's eyes lit up. She remembered that after she suffered the bullying incident, she also transferred to a middle school in City A. "Oh, what a coincidence! I also transferred to City A. Is your cousin Yu Miao's husband?"
"Yes…I know."
"You know? What do you know—I'm studying in City A?"
Lu Jingxu nodded, his lips curled up in a beautiful arc: "I also know that you have a Hello Kitty keychain."
Fu Chen's memory seemed to be suddenly turned on by some switch. Su Yinyin pinched Lu Jingxu's face, and the more she looked at it, the more she felt as if she had seen him somewhere.
──
The chirping of cicadas in the summer was disturbing. Su Yinyin walked on the road holding a small fan and took out a book to block the sun. It was school time and there was a crowd of people at the school gate.
She finally squeezed out of the crowd buying food at the school gate and turned all the way to the old neighborhood where the rental house where she went to school was located.
It was time for dinner, and everyone was eating outside. However, Su Yinyin was still in a hurry to go back to cook for her younger brother. She ran downstairs of the apartment building quickly with her schoolbag slung over her shoulder.
After taking a few big strides up the stairs, she suddenly noticed a figure in a blue and white school uniform sitting at the foot of the stairs. Because he was sitting in the empty space under the stairs, most of his body was blocked by the stairs, so Su Yinyin almost ignored him.
She realized it later, slowed down her pace, and went back down the stairs.
Suddenly, I met a pair of clear eyes.
The boy had a fair complexion and his hair was slightly longer than his eyebrows. She seemed to know him. He seemed to be the protagonist of the photo that the girls in her class took secretly today.
But she had just transferred to the school and every day after class she spent her time doing homework or reading books. She hadn't made any friends and naturally didn't know the name of the boy who was so popular in the school.
He seemed to be in a low mood, sitting there with his head down. When he saw someone noticing him, there was some panic in his eyes.
"Classmate? What are you doing sitting here?"
The girl didn't know him, and her clear eyes were looking at him twinkling.
"Oh, nothing."
He carried his schoolbag and walked out, ready to move to another place.
The college entrance examination was approaching, and Lu Yuan and Mrs. Lu had promised him that they would come back to accompany him through his senior year, but suddenly they said they didn't have time and asked him to choose a foreign school he liked and go there directly without having to take the college entrance examination.
He was angry, probably because he was young and hot-headed. Faced with parental neglect, teenagers always have their own ways to fight back.
Today, he walked out of the school from the back door in a fit of anger, avoided the driver's car, turned several times and entered an old residential area, and then the following scene happened.
He was feeling depressed when someone suddenly appeared and broke the atmosphere.
Seeing that he didn't seem to want to sit there any longer, Su Yinyin didn't bother to meddle in his business and went upstairs directly.
She was a bit of a loner during her student days and didn't like chatting with others, let alone someone who seemed to have an average personality and didn't even look at others when talking.
You can tell at first glance that he is a high school senior who looks down on others.
This kind of thinking will more or less appear in the student days: the first-year high school students think that the third-year high school students are very powerful and are proud to know the seniors, but Su Yinyin has a rebellious mentality and she is too lazy to even take a second look at those who look down on her.
Unexpectedly, the matter was not over yet. She fried a few side dishes and remembered that Grandpa Sun downstairs was not at home for a few days, so she asked him to help feed the puppy. She forgot about it because she left in a hurry that morning.
So he took a bowl of rice with a few pieces of meat and hurried downstairs.
I happened to see a scene: the boy was squatting beside and playing with a puppy. The puppy was circling around him excitedly, wagging its tail and begging for mercy, as if it wanted him to feed it.
The boy noticed Su Yinyin's figure, looked up, and had an embarrassed expression on his face.
He didn't know why, but he always felt embarrassed that he didn't go home to eat at noon, but was playing with the dog here and was caught by someone twice.
Su Yinyin thought the man was a little strange, but she didn't think much about it. She made a few licking sounds with her mouth, and the puppy turned its head and jumped in front of her quickly.
She poured the rice into the puppy's bowl, the aroma of meat filled the air, and the puppy buried its head in the bowl and ate voraciously.
A scene that Lu Jingxu wanted to forget for the rest of his life happened - he actually got hungry just by watching a dog eat.
His stomach growled, and he and Su Yinyin looked at each other.
Su Yinyin realized something and asked uncertainly, "You didn't eat?"
He looked away uncomfortably, scratched his neck, and without replying to Su Yinyin, he quickly walked out of the community, trying to escape from this place.
"What do you expect to eat at this hour? The shops and restaurants are all closed."
