Shangguan Yanran comforted herself, thinking that Fu Rongchen might not have seen it, since he returned it so quickly, and even if he did see it, he might not have seen the intimate details.
With that thought, she finally felt at ease.
When it was time for lunch, she went to the front yard as soon as her mother had instructed.
When she arrived, Madam Shangguan was arranging for the servants to prepare a meal.
Not long after, Shangguan Boyan arrived with Fu Rongchen.
Shangguan Yanran glanced at Fu Rongchen's expression, but seeing that she couldn't tell anything, she gave up.

Shangguan Yanran made a face at her.
"You silly girl, how old are you already? Luckily, your brother Rong Chen isn't an outsider." Madam Shangguan gave her a reproachful look.
Shangguan Yanran was taken aback, then immediately sat up straight and lowered her head to eat.
A hint of a smile flashed in Fu Rongchen's eyes.
After finishing his meal, Fu Rongchen said goodbye and left.
However, before leaving, he suddenly said to Shangguan Yanran, "Reading more books is a good thing, but you should read less of the bad books."
Shangguan Yanran was stunned. It wasn't until he left that she realized the meaning behind his words.
"Huh, why is Yanran's face so red?" At this moment, Madam Shangguan looked at her with suspicion.
