“If there’s no one you like in the capital, that’s alright, we can find someone else.” Rong Qingqing blinked, speaking as if she were being serious but not quite.
Upon hearing this, Feng Xin felt flustered and couldn't sit still any longer. She stood up and said, "Your Majesty should be finishing court soon, so I won't take up any more of your time. I'd better go back first."
Rong Qingqing didn't force her, "Okay."
After leaving Yu Xian Palace, Feng Xin went straight back to her own palace.
To her surprise, as soon as she stepped into the palace, she saw the man she thought had left sitting on the roof.
Seeing the man sitting there lazily, Feng Xin was first stunned, then her anger flared up, and she shouted angrily, "Li Mu, get down here for me!"
Li Mu glanced at her indifferently, intending to ignore her, but seeing her agitated state, he pondered for a moment, then slowly got up and slid down from the roof.
"What are your orders, Princess?"
Seeing his nonchalant demeanor, Feng Xin became angry. She grabbed his collar and pulled him into the house, saying, "Come in with me!"
It would have been easy for Li Mu to break free from her grip, but seeing her face flushed with anger, he patiently refrained from resisting and let her pull him into her bedchamber.
After entering the house, Feng Xin let go of his hand and turned around, about to question him, but when she saw his indifferent expression, she swallowed all her words and didn't know how to start.
Seeing her silence, Li Mu also pursed his lips and remained silent.
After a long silence, Fengxin couldn't stand it anymore and said stiffly, "Didn't you leave?"
"Who said that?" Li Mu retorted.
Feng Xin was stunned. In fact, no one told her that he had left, nor did he leave a single word. It was because she didn't see him that she subjectively felt that he had run away.
"Where did you go all day?" Feng Xin asked, frowning.
"I didn't go anywhere," Li Mu said helplessly. Actually, he did intend to leave, but after leaving the city, he couldn't help but turn back.
Feng Xin wasn't so easily fooled. Upon hearing this, she looked him up and down, making Li Mu feel a little uneasy. He wondered what this little princess was up to now.
“Li Mu, I want to castrate you and make you a eunuch,” Feng Xin suddenly said.
Li Mu stared at her intently. "Are you serious?"
"certainly……"
Before Feng Xin could finish speaking, Li Mu suddenly turned and left without saying a word.
Feng Xin was startled, then realized what was happening and shouted, "Li Mu, who gave you permission to leave? Come back here!"
Li Mu ignored her; this time he was truly planning to leave.
He couldn't bear to leave that brat, so he turned back halfway. And what did she do? She wanted to castrate him. He was sick, that's why he wanted to stay and be persecuted by her.
When Feng Xin realized that her words were no longer effective, and seeing that Li Mu had already reached the door, she suddenly burst into tears.
Li Mu's back stiffened, and he stopped in his tracks.
"You took my innocence and now you want to just walk away? Li Mu, you bastard!"
The little princess's angry shouts came from behind him. Li Mu's temple throbbed, and he quickly turned around and went back.
"Don't talk nonsense!"
"I'm not lying. What did you do last night? Are you trying to deny it?" Feng Xin stared at him with wide, teary eyes.
She didn't know why, but seeing his back as he turned and left made her feel so sad.
“I didn’t do anything last night.” Li Mu frowned, but his heart softened in the end.
“You have it, that’s it. The evidence is conclusive. How dare you deny it? I’m going to tell my brother the Emperor and have him punish you,” Feng Xin said arrogantly.
