Shu Lan guessed that it was likely poisonous. The thought of Cao Quan using such a potent poison against his disciple filled Shu Lan with dread. Fortunately, it was him who was poisoned; if it had been his disciple, the consequences would have been unimaginable.
When Cao Quan saw Shu Qin'an standing in front of him, his eyes widened in disbelief: "No, this is impossible!"
But when he saw Qin An's worry for Shu Lan, he suddenly burst into maniacal laughter: "Hahaha, good, good! This is good too! Destroying your master is more worthwhile than destroying you! Ahahahahaha!"
When Qin An heard Cao Quan say that he wanted to cripple his master, he couldn't stand still. He glared at Cao Quan and demanded, "What exactly did you do to my master?!" Qin An's voice trembled slightly as he spoke. He was terrified, afraid that he had caused his master unforeseen harm.
"It's a Qi-Breaking Nail!" Shu Lan handed the two items to the elder who had come to maintain order. The elder recognized them at a glance. "It can break through all qi, rendering a cultivator's defenses useless."
"No wonder my protective shield couldn't stop them." Shu Lan looked thoughtfully at the two Qi-breaking nails in the elder's hand.
"It looks like there's something coated on these protective nails?" The elder in charge of order noticed something else and turned to Cao Quan, asking, "Tell me, what did you coat them with?"
"Hahahaha, hahahahaha!" Cao Quan burst into laughter, his face contorted with madness. "You all don't know yet, do you? He's about to be crippled!"
"What did you say?!"
