"The energy here seems to be able to..." Mu Xue paused, her gaze sweeping over the surrounding environment, a hint of doubt flashing in her eyes, "I don't know where this is, but the energy here seems to be able to heal injuries."
Upon hearing this, Ning Yu felt that the power that had been depleted in his body was slowly recovering, and the wounds that had been excruciatingly painful began to itch faintly, as if a warm power was slowly repairing his body.
"Could this place be some kind of secret realm?" Ning Yu tried to mobilize the energy in his body and was pleasantly surprised to find that his previously blocked meridians were much clearer, and the flow of power was smoother than before.
Mu Xue shook her head. "I don't know. I've never seen a place like this before." Her gaze fell into the distance, where colorful lights intertwined to form beautiful energy streams, like ribbons dancing in the air, both magnificent and dangerous.
“Be careful, those energy flows are very unstable,” Ning Yu struggled to his feet and walked to Mu Xue’s side. “I can sense that they contain violent power, we’d better not get close.”
Mu Xue nodded, and the two carefully avoided the turbulent energy currents, heading deeper into the space.
Along the way, they saw many strange sights. Huge energy crystals floated in the air, emitting a soft light; strangely shaped plants swayed gracefully in the energy flow, emitting a captivating fragrance; and even some peculiar creatures moved through the energy flow, emitting strange cries.
All of this filled Ning Yu and Mu Xue with immense curiosity, but also made them more vigilant. This space, though beautiful, was also fraught with unknown dangers; a single misstep could lead to utter destruction.
"Look!" Mu Xue suddenly pointed ahead, her tone filled with surprise.
Ning Yu followed her gaze and saw a clear spring in the distance. Around the spring grew a ring of strange flowers that emitted a faint glow. The fragrance of the flowers was refreshing and invigorating.
"That is..." Ning Yu sensed the rich life force in the air and his heart stirred, "That is the Fountain of Life!"
Legend has it that the Fountain of Life has the miraculous power to bring the dead back to life; even if someone is seriously injured, as long as they drink a sip of its water, they can recover completely.
“Let’s go take a look,” Mu Xue said, taking a step towards the Fountain of Life.
"Wait!" Ning Yu suddenly grabbed her hand, pointing seriously at the seemingly beautiful flowers around the spring. "Be careful of those flowers, I sense they are not simple."
Mu Xue stopped and followed Ning Yu's gaze. She saw that the flowers looked delicate and beautiful, but their petals shimmered with tiny, crystalline lights, like scattered starlight, yet they also carried a hint of sharpness that was not easily detected.
"What's wrong with these flowers?" Mu Xue asked in a low voice, her tone tinged with doubt.
“I sense a dangerous aura,” Ning Yu said, frowning as he carefully observed the flowers. “They may not be as harmless as they appear.”
He released a wisp of spiritual energy and cautiously reached out towards the flowers.
The moment his mental energy touched the petals, the flowers seemed to come alive. The light on the petals shone brightly, transforming into beams of energy like sharp blades that attacked Ning Yu's mental energy.
"Watch out!" Mu Xue exclaimed, reacting quickly to pull Ning Yu away.
Ning Yu barely dodged the attacks of those energy beams, his face turning slightly pale.
"That was close..." he said in a low voice, secretly relieved. "Luckily I dodged in time, otherwise it would have been troublesome."
"These flowers... they can actually attack?" Mu Xue was also a little scared. "This place is strange in every way. We'd better be careful."
Ning Yu nodded, and the two of them walked more cautiously toward the Fountain of Life.
Along the way, they encountered all sorts of dangers: energy turbulence, strange creatures, and even spatial rifts hidden in the shadows. Every step was fraught with challenges.
Fortunately, the special energy in this space greatly helped Mu Xue recover from her injuries. Her physical strength and superpowers were gradually returning, which made their actions go more smoothly.
However, the situation remains far from optimistic.
“This can’t go on. We have to find a safe place,” Ning Yu said, looking around with a furrowed brow. “This space is full of turbulent energy; we can’t stay here for long.”
They tried to find a safe place, but all they could see were raging energy currents, like roaring beasts, ravaging the space. There was nowhere they could settle down safely.
"Are we really going to be trapped here and die?" Mu Xue's voice was filled with exhaustion and despair.
Just when they were at their wits' end, Ning Yu suddenly stopped, his gaze fixed on the raging energy turbulence, a glint of light flashing in his eyes.
"Wait..." he said in a low voice, "I think I've... discovered some patterns..."
Ning Yu's eyes seemed to have captured a subtle melody within a chaotic symphony. He stared intently at the surging energy turbulence, which gradually transformed into bands of light with unique rhythms in his eyes. These bands of light sometimes intertwined, sometimes separated, yet maintained a delicate balance under some unseen force.
“These energy turbulence… they’re not completely chaotic!” Ning Yu’s voice trembled with excitement. “There’s some kind of pattern among them! Look…” He pointed ahead, “those red energy streams, every so often they shift to the left, while the blue energy streams move upwards. As long as we…”
