"Ah—!" Ning Yu roared, his eyes instantly turning blood red, and the power within him erupted like a volcano. He could feel the immense power of this force, enough to tear the giant python to pieces, but this power was violent and chaotic, like a wild horse running rampant within his body, completely out of control.
The giant python was stunned by Ning Yu's sudden change, its massive head hovering in mid-air. But it quickly realized that Ning Yu seemed to be struggling against this power and had no time to attend to itself. A ruthless glint flashed in the cunning python's eyes; it wouldn't let this golden opportunity slip by. It opened its blood-red maw again, sending a foul stench through it, and pounced on Ning Yu at an even greater speed!
"Ning Yu, be careful!" Mu Xue was frantic with worry, but helpless. She couldn't understand why Ning Yu had suddenly become so abnormal, nor did she know how to help him. She could only watch helplessly as the giant python's fangs approached Ning Yu, shouting at the top of her lungs, "Ning Yu, hang in there!"
Ning Yu certainly heard Mu Xue's cries, but he was completely overwhelmed. He could feel the giant python approaching, and the aura of death enveloped him. He tried desperately to control the raging power within him, but the power seemed to mock his incompetence, assaulting his body even more violently.
The giant python was almost within reach, its foul breath spraying onto Ning Yu's face. Ning Yu could clearly see the python's gleaming fangs and the fierce, determined glint in its eyes.
"Am I... going to die here?" A wave of despair washed over Ning Yu, but just then, he felt something deep within his mind being stirred...
Mu Xue stamped her feet anxiously, tears welling in her eyes. She hated herself for being so powerless, forced to watch helplessly as Ning Yu was in danger at this crucial moment. She desperately wanted to rush forward to share Ning Yu's pain, even if it meant taking a bite from the giant python for him, but reason told her that doing so would only cost her her own life and would not help Ning Yu at all.
"Ning Yu, you must hold on!" Mu Xue's voice had become hoarse, but she was still shouting at the top of her lungs, as if she could transfer her strength to Ning Yu and help him get through the crisis.
However, Ning Yu was currently enduring unimaginable pain. The newborn power surged wildly within him, like a wild beast trapped in a cage, desperately trying to break free. His veins bulged, and strange red patterns appeared on his skin, as if they were about to burst at any moment.
"Damn it!" Ning Yu gritted his teeth, desperately trying to control the power. He couldn't give up like this, and he couldn't die here! Mu Xue was still waiting for him; he needed to become stronger to protect those he wanted to protect!
He mobilized all his mental energy, attempting to sense and guide this violent force. However, the force seemed completely out of his control, becoming even more violent due to his forceful intervention.
Ning Yu's body trembled violently, large beads of sweat rolling down his forehead. The intense pain nearly made him lose consciousness. He felt like his body was a balloon about to burst, ready to explode at any moment.
The stench of the giant python grew stronger, and the shadow of death loomed over him. Ning Yu knew that if he didn't find a way to control this power, he would truly perish here today.
"Calm down... I must calm down..." Ning Yu forced himself to calm down. He concentrated all his mental energy to feel the flow of the power in his body and to find its pattern.
Gradually, he seemed to grasp a clue. Although this power was violent, it was not entirely uncontrollable. It was like a wild horse that needed to be tamed in a special way.
Ning Yu took a deep breath. He stopped trying to suppress the power and instead tried to guide and adapt to it. He concentrated all his mental energy on one point and then carefully touched the violent force…

“Ning Yu, you…” Mu Xue’s voice stopped abruptly. She saw a resolute look appear on Ning Yu’s face, which had been contorted in pain. His deep eyes gleamed with a strange light, as if a dormant volcano was about to erupt.
The giant python was almost upon them, its scarlet forked tongue flicking, a stench so foul it was nauseating. Its massive body slowly coiled, poised to deliver a fatal blow.
At this critical moment, Ning Yu moved. He endured the excruciating pain within his body, as if a thousand ants were gnawing at his bones, and concentrated all his mental energy into one point, suddenly releasing a weak attack towards the giant python.
The attack was neither fire nor ice, but an invisible force, invisible to the naked eye, yet carrying a chilling aura, which struck the giant python's head in an instant.
The expected violent explosion did not occur; the giant python merely shook its head slightly, leaving no mark on its thick scales. However, this seemingly insignificant attack caused the python to pause slightly. A hint of confusion flashed in its cold, vertical pupils, as if it were puzzled by this unfamiliar power.
Ning Yu didn't miss this fleeting opportunity. Taking advantage of the giant python's pause, he focused even more intently on sensing and guiding the raging power within his body. He seemed to enter a wondrous state, where everything around him became blurred, and only the flow of that power was clearly visible.
"Hoo..." Ning Yu's breathing became long and steady, the bulging blood vessels gradually calmed down, and the red lines on his skin gradually faded, replaced by a faint golden halo.
The python's confusion lasted only a moment. Soon, unable to contain itself, it opened its blood-red maw and attacked Ning Yu again. This time, Ning Yu slowly raised his head, a confident smile playing on his lips, and said softly, "Now, it's my turn..." The python swept in with a foul stench, but Ning Yu no longer dodged. He stood firmly in place, like a pine tree in a storm. He closed his eyes, focusing all his attention on the raging power within him.
