Ning Yu lay prone at the core of the energy body, feeling the violent energy fluctuations around him. He laughed, a ferocious and insane laugh.
“It’s over!” Ning Yu’s hoarse voice sounded insignificant amidst the energy storm, but it was filled with undeniable determination.
In the distance, Mu Xue watched this scene nervously. She clenched her fists tightly, her nails digging deep into her palms, and bright red blood flowed down between her fingers, but she did not notice it at all.
She could sense Ning Yu's state at that moment; it was a kind of despair on the verge of death, and even more so, a resolute determination to fight a desperate battle.
“Ning Yu…” Mu Xue murmured softly, her eyes filled with worry and anticipation.
Ning Yu struggled to lift his head and look at Mu Xue in the distance. Her figure appeared somewhat blurry in the raging energy storm, but he could see her with perfect clarity.
With his last ounce of strength, he gave Mu Xue a faint smile, a smile filled with tenderness and love, but also with a sense of farewell.

It roared and howled in despair, but it was powerless to change the situation.
Ning Yu's face was as pale as paper; his body had reached its limit, but he still refused to give up.
He knew this was his last chance, and he had to persevere, for Mu Xue, and for everyone he wanted to protect.
