In the command center, the red circles on the map resembled burning flames of war, reflecting Ning Yu's resolute face. His deep gaze swept across every mark on the map, his mind rapidly calculating various possibilities. Although Wang Yue's army had come with overwhelming force, it was not invincible. Their defenses were focused on the main battlefield, while their flanks, especially a supply point in the southwest, were relatively weak.
“This is it.” Ning Yu pointed to the red circle on the map, her tone firm.
That night, Ning Yu led an elite squad of superhumans, silently infiltrating the dense forest southwest of the enemy's location. Under the moonlight, everyone held their breath, awaiting the signal to attack. Ning Yu gripped his Tang sword tightly, its blade reflecting a cold light in the moonlight. Since his last encounter with Wang Yue, his superhuman abilities had been further stimulated, not only greatly increasing his strength and speed but also awakening the ability to manipulate metal.
"Action!" With Ning Yu's command, everyone charged out like arrows released from a bow. Ning Yu led the charge, his figure weaving through the enemy ranks like a ghost. The Tang sword in his hand seemed to transform into streaks of silver lightning, leaving blood splattering and screams echoing wherever it went. Those unprepared enemy soldiers didn't even have time to react before they were cut down to the ground.
The enemy's defensive position was instantly breached, and Ning Yu led his squad with unstoppable momentum, striking straight at the heart of the enemy's defenses. Sensing an unprecedentedly powerful force, Ning Yu's lips curled into a cold smile. "Wang Yue, do you think this can stop me?"
"Boom!" A deafening explosion rang out, the enemy's ammunition depot was detonated, and flames shot into the sky, illuminating half of the night sky...
The explosion at the ammunition depot lit up half the night sky, the shockwave destroying all the surrounding trees and shattering the tranquility of the night. The sudden attack threw Wang Yue's army into disarray; panicked soldiers scattered in all directions amidst the aftershocks of the explosion, trying to find cover to escape this deadly threat.
"Stay calm! Don't panic!" Amidst the deafening explosions and a few angry roars, Wang Yue's trusted troops reacted swiftly. Well-trained and experienced, they quickly organized a defensive line after a brief moment of panic, and heavy weapons roared as dense bullets rained down on Ning Yu and his men.
Ning Yu nimbly weaved through the hail of bullets, his newly awakened ability to manipulate metal prowess proving invaluable. He could clearly sense the trajectory of each bullet and, by manipulating the surrounding metal fragments, create an invisible barrier that blocked all attacks.
"Kill!" The superhuman squad behind Ning Yu also displayed formidable combat power, each employing their unique abilities to engage in a desperate battle with the enemy. For a moment, shouts of battle, gunfire, and explosions mingled together, creating a scene reminiscent of hell on earth.
Just when Ning Yu thought the scales of victory were about to tip in their favor, a powerful energy wave erupted from the depths of the enemy camp. This energy wave carried a suffocating sense of oppression, as if it were about to devour everything.
"Watch out!" Ning Yu's heart alarm bells rang. He turned around sharply and saw a burly man in black armor descending from the sky and landing in the center of the battlefield.
The man's eyes were bloodshot, and his body radiated violent energy fluctuations. As soon as he appeared, the surrounding air seemed to freeze, and the powerful pressure made Ning Yu and the others feel suffocated.
"Is this Wang Yue's trump card?" Ning Yu narrowed his eyes, feeling an unprecedented threat from this man.
"Kill them all!" The man's voice was low and hoarse, like the roar of a wild beast.
As soon as he finished speaking, he flashed and appeared in front of Ning Yu like a ghost. He threw a punch, and the violent energy turned into a black lightning bolt, heading straight for Ning Yu's face.
Ning Yu's pupils contracted sharply, not daring to be careless in the slightest. He mobilized all his supernatural abilities, and the Tang sword in his hand burst forth with dazzling light as he slashed at the black lightning bolt...

In the center of the battlefield, it was as if an energy storm had formed, with howling winds, flying sand and stones, and everything that approached was mercilessly torn apart.
The Tang sword in Ning Yu's hands, enhanced by his evolved metal manipulation ability, was like a nimble serpent, constantly seeking out his opponent's weaknesses. At times, he moved like a tiger descending a mountain, unstoppable; at other times, he darted about like a nimble cat, light and agile. "Your strength has indeed surprised me." The man in black armor sneered as he parried Ning Yu's attacks. "Unfortunately, you are destined to die here today." With that, an even more powerful energy surge suddenly erupted from his body, and the surrounding space seemed to distort.
"Come on! Let me see what other tricks you have up your sleeve!" Ning Yu advanced instead of retreating, his fighting spirit soaring. He gripped the hilt of the sword with both hands, pouring all his supernatural abilities into the Tang sword. The sword emitted a clear dragon's roar, as if it had come alive, and a dazzling golden light surrounded the blade, illuminating the entire night sky.
"Slash!" Ning Yu roared, slashing out with his sword. A golden blade of light tore through the night sky, carrying the force of splitting the heavens and earth, and slashed towards the man in black armor.
"A mere trick!" the man sneered, forming a strange hand seal in front of his chest. A black light barrier appeared out of thin air, blocking the golden blade's edge.
