The blue electric grid clung to Ning Yu like a leech, binding him tightly. Each pulse of the current felt like a sharp blade cutting into his flesh, the intense pain causing his vision to blur. But he gritted his teeth, enduring the excruciating pain, refusing to collapse. He knew that once he fell, he would never have the chance to stand up again.
"Leader!" Wang Qiang and the others were frantic with worry, but could only watch helplessly as Ning Yu was trapped. The enemy's firepower was impenetrable, and every attempt they made to break out was ruthlessly thwarted.
"Haha, Ning Yu, you stray dog, today is your end!" The jackal's arrogant voice echoed in my ears, as piercing as a death knell.
Ning Yu ignored the jackals' howls, his eyes fixed on the blue electric grid before him, his mind racing. He knew that continuing like this would surely lead to his death; he had to find a way out!
Despite the excruciating pain, Ning Yu's senses became unusually sharp. He noticed that before each attack, the jackals would issue specific commands, and the attack rhythm of the "Blood Wolves" members was closely related to these commands.
"Could it be..." A bold guess surfaced in Ning Yu's mind. He endured the excruciating pain, expanding his mental energy to its limit, carefully sensing everything around him.
Sure enough, in the center of the "Blood Wolf" members' formation, a slightly bulky figure was hidden beneath layers of protection. This person emanated no energy fluctuations, appearing like an ordinary person with no physical strength. However, with each gesture he made, the surrounding "Blood Wolf" members reacted accordingly, as if his every action was a command.
"Found it!" A glint flashed in Ning Yu's eyes. He had finally found the enemy's fatal weakness—their command system relied too much on this key figure. As long as this key figure was cut off, the "Blood Wolf" formation would collapse!
"I'll risk it all!" Ning Yu thought fiercely. He decided to go all in, mobilizing all the little energy he had left, and pounced on the bloated figure.
"Stop him!" The jackal realized Ning Yu's intention, his expression changed drastically, and he roared hysterically.
The Blood Wolf members reacted quickly, surging towards Ning Yu like a tidal wave, an even more brutal battle about to erupt... Ning Yu, however, revealed a resolute smile and said softly:
"Too late..."
Ning Yu's body blurred into a streak of light, weaving through the dense ranks of enemies. Blue arcs of electricity crackled across his body, each attack causing him to groan, but he seemed oblivious to the pain, charging relentlessly towards his target.
"Damn it! Stop him! Stop him for me!" the jackal roared hoarsely, directing his men to surround and intercept him.
The Blood Wolves pounced on Ning Yu like mad dogs, unleashing a barrage of supernatural attacks. Fireballs, ice blades, wind blades... streams of multicolored energy engulfed Ning Yu.
With a deafening roar, Ning Yu was blasted away by a powerful force and crashed heavily to the ground. He struggled to get up, only to find that his left arm had been blown to pieces, the white bone clearly visible.
"Haha, Ning Yu, you've finally met your match!" The jackal laughed wildly, closing in step by step. "I told you long ago, you couldn't beat me!"
Ning Yu ignored the jackal's taunts. He gritted his teeth, endured the excruciating pain, and plunged his only remaining right hand into the ground.
"Power of the earth, gather strength!"
As Ning Yu roared, the earth began to tremble violently, and countless rock fragments surged from the ground, forming a thick earthen wall around him, blocking all the enemy's attacks.
"Break through!" Upon seeing this, the jackal's expression changed, and he immediately ordered his men to intensify their attack.
But Ning Yu had already seized the opportunity and charged out again. Every dodge he made was incredibly precise, as if he had anticipated the enemy's attack route. And every attack he launched was filled with unwavering determination, showing no sign of backing down even when severely injured.
Finally, Ning Yu broke through the enemy's multiple defenses and arrived in front of the command center.
It was a bloated middle-aged man who was staring at Ning Yu with a look of terror on his face. The command flag in his hand fell to the ground, and he muttered:
"You...how could you..."
The middle-aged man's obese face was filled with terror. The command flag slipped limply from his hand, and his lips trembled as he tried to say something, but could only utter indistinct sounds. Ning Yu did not give him the chance. He took a deep breath, and blood dripped from the corner of his mouth, splashing up fine dust on the smoke-filled and dusty ground.
"It's over!" Ning Yu roared, his last remaining right hand gathering the last wisp of electricity. The blue light illuminated his resolute face and reflected the magnified fear in the eyes of the man opposite him.
A bolt of lightning transformed into a sharp blade, piercing straight into the man's chest. He didn't even have time to scream before his eyes widened and he collapsed to the ground. The lights on the command platform flickered a few times before going out completely, plunging the entire command system into darkness.
"The commander is dead! The command system is down!"
"What...what should we do?"
"Run!"
The collapse of the command system had a devastating impact, throwing the once orderly enemy into chaos. They lost their commander, their objective, and the will to fight. Fear spread like a plague among the troops, and more and more enemies abandoned their armor and weapons, scrambling to escape this battlefield that resembled a living hell.
Ning Yu knelt weakly on the ground, breathing heavily, but he did not relax in the slightest. He endured the excruciating pain and looked up into the distance, where his comrades were still fighting valiantly, stubbornly resisting the enemy's frenzied attack.
