Chapter 650 Date (1)

When the Ferris wheel reached the top, Chu Lingxiao closed his eyes, clasped his hands together, and silently made a wish.

Gu Qingze looked at his serious expression and couldn't help asking, "Ling Xiao, what wish did you make?"

Chu Lingxiao opened his eyes, looked at Gu Qingze, and said mysteriously: "I won't tell you. If I tell you, it won't work. Don't try to trick me into saying anything."

Gu Qingze did not ask any further questions, but just hugged Chu Lingxiao tightly in his arms.

At this moment, gorgeous fireworks suddenly bloomed in the night sky. The fireworks were like bright flowers, blooming one after another in the inky night sky.

At first, a single, gorgeous firework shot up into the sky, then exploded with a bang. Golden light spread out like a shooting star, instantly lighting up the entire night sky. Immediately afterwards, more fireworks took off, creating a beautiful spectacle.

Chu Lingxiao looked at the fireworks outside the window, his eyes flashing with a light as bright as the fireworks. He couldn't help but sigh: "What a coincidence, it's the time for the amusement park to set off fireworks."

Gu Qingze also looked at the night sky: "It's really a coincidence. I feel that the night sky is even more beautiful after being decorated with fireworks."

He gently squeezed Chu Lingxiao's hand, and the two of them snuggled quietly in the Ferris wheel cabin, watching the fireworks feast outside the window.

The fireworks continued to bloom, each one with a unique gesture. Some rose like silver dragons, circling and winding through the night sky before gradually dissipating; others resembled blossoming chrysanthemums, their petals unfolding layer by layer, spreading their dazzling light.

The colorful colors kept changing, sometimes it was dreamy pink, sometimes it was mysterious purple, and sometimes it was warm red.

The Ferris wheel turned slowly, and as they began to descend from the top, Chu Lingxiao looked at the fireworks that were gradually fading away with some reluctance.

After getting off the Ferris wheel, the two strolled along the amusement park path, the lights along the road stretching their shadows long and intertwined.

Chu Lingxiao saw a stall on the side of the road where you could win a doll by throwing a ball. His eyes lit up and he pulled Gu Qingze over.

"Qingze, let's go and try it. I want that extra-large teddy bear." Chu Lingxiao pointed to a furry brown teddy bear hanging above the stall.

Gu Qingze smiled and nodded, "Okay, then I'll win it for you."

Gu Qingze paid, picked up the ball and started shooting. At first, his aim was a little off, and the ball kept hitting the edge of the basket. After all, he hadn't played for a long time.

Gu Qingze took a deep breath, adjusted his posture, and concentrated on shooting again. This time, the ball fell steadily into the basket.

After hitting a few balls in a row, the stall owner reluctantly handed the huge bear to Gu Qingze. Gu Qingze handed the bear to Chu Lingxiao, "Here, your trophy."

Chu Lingxiao took the little bear and held it in his arms: "When we get back, I will put it next to the bed so that it can accompany us."

The two continued walking until they came to a lake. The water shimmered in the light, and a few small boats floated quietly on the lake.

Chu Lingxiao took Gu Qingze's hand and said, "Let's go boating."

Gu Qingze agreed, and they rented a small boat and rowed slowly towards the center of the lake.

The lake was calm, with only ripples from their oars, and when they reached the center of the lake, the fireworks continued to go off.

Looking from the lake surface, the reflection of the fireworks swayed in the water, as if there was also a world of fireworks underwater.

Chu Lingxiao leaned against the side of the boat and gently touched the water with his hand. "Qingze, look, it seems like you can catch the fireworks in the water with just your hand."

Gu Qingze looked at Chu Lingxiao and deliberately joked, "Lingxiao, are you imitating a monkey trying to catch the moon?"

Chu Lingxiao smiled without saying anything, then he used his hands to stir the lake water and splashed it on him.

Gu Qingze was stunned for a moment, then he also reached out and splashed water at Chu Lingxiao.

The two of them laughed and played on the lake, and the boat swayed with their movements.

Chu Lingxiao dodged Gu Qingze's water attack while saying with a smile: "Qingze, stop it, the boat is going to capsize."

Gu Qingze then stopped and looked at Chu Lingxiao's wet appearance. He couldn't help laughing.

Chu Lingxiao's hair was a little messy and stuck to his forehead, but his face was filled with a happy smile, which looked particularly charming against the backdrop of fireworks and the lake.

Chu Lingxiao tidied his hair and said to Gu Qingze, "Let's just stay here quietly for a while."

The two put down their oars and let the boat float on the lake. They leaned against each other and quietly admired the reflection of the fireworks in the water and the dazzling fireworks in the night sky.

After a while, the fireworks show ended and the night sky returned to calm.

They rowed the boat back to the shore. After getting ashore, Chu Lingxiao held the teddy bear and walked towards the exit of the amusement park hand in hand with Gu Qingze.

Along the way, they passed a rotating musical fountain. The fountain rose and fell with the rhythm of the music, and the water jets showed different colors under the illumination of lights.

Chu Lingxiao pulled Gu Qingze to stop by the fountain. They watched the changing shapes of the fountain and felt the rhythm of the music.

After leaving the amusement park, there were fewer vehicles and pedestrians on the streets. They walked on the quiet streets, with occasional breeze blowing.

Chu Lingxiao hugged the teddy bear tighter and said to Gu Qingze, "I will definitely have a sweet dream tonight."

Gu Qingze put his arm around Chu Lingxiao's shoulders and said, "Well, I hope Lingxiao can have me in his beautiful dreams."

After returning home, Chu Lingxiao placed the teddy bear doll on the bedside. He sat on the edge of the bed and looked at the doll.

Gu Qingze hugged him from behind and whispered in his ear, "Rest early, Ling Xiao."

Chu Lingxiao nodded, and lay down on the bed with Gu Qingze, sleeping in each other's arms.
