Chapter 29 Study Plan

When Lu Feng came out of the bathroom, he saw Lin Wanwan reading an English book on the sofa and Lin Xiaohai doing exercises at the dining table.

He hugged Lin Wanwan and kissed her. "Still want to read?"

“This is Xiao Hai’s. I’ll plan how much he should study each day. In the future, he’ll not only have to study math but also English. He’s not good at either of those subjects, so he needs to catch up.” After saying that, she hugged Lu Feng and kissed him.

After kissing Lin Wanwan, Lu Feng glanced at Lin Xiaohai, who was doing his homework with his back to him. Seeing that she looked funny, Lu Feng kissed the corner of her mouth again.

"Go take a shower first, I've already prepared the water for you," Lu Feng couldn't help but kiss the top of her head again.

Lin Wanwan put down her book and said, "Okay, you keep an eye on Xiaohai for me. Make him stop writing at 9:45, and I'll come out to check."

She kissed Lu Feng back, went back to her room to get her pajamas, and then went to take a shower.

After taking a shower, Lin Wanwan draped a silk shawl over her shoulders, without wearing a bra, and was about to check Lin Xiaohai's homework.

Lin Wanwan sat on the sofa, took out her English book and looked at it. It was very simple. She was a top student in her past life, so this song was not difficult for Lin Wanwan, a top scorer in the liberal arts section of the college entrance examination.

Leaning against Lu Feng's chest, Lin Wanwan casually flipped through the pages and found that they weren't too difficult, which reassured her a lot. However, she couldn't skip the exercises.

Turning her head to look at the book in Lu Feng's hand, Lin Wanwan realized that it was entirely in Russian. "What kind of book is this? In Russian?"

Lu Feng closed the book and replied, "Hmm, I'll just take a quick look at 'War and Peace'."

"You speak Russian? I've never heard you say that before," Lin Wanwan said, somewhat surprised.

Lu Feng laughed and said, "You don't think our family members are all good-for-nothings, do you? Or do you think we're all lazy and spoiled brats?"

"No, I'm just surprised. Your family has been rich for so many years, so you must have high expectations for your descendants. It's impossible for them to be ignorant and unskilled. I just didn't expect you to be so capable. You even know Russian. Tell me what else you know," Lin Wanwan said, turning her head to hug him.

“You also speak German and English,” Lu Feng kissed the top of her head and whispered to her, “Sister Mei is right, you have a sweet tongue and like to sweet-talk people.”

"Wow, Lu Feng, you're amazing! Let's take the college entrance exam together. You can try for a military academy, and I'm going to try for Renmin University of China. Can we take the exam together?" Lin Wanwan was overjoyed. "Before, I was worried that if I got in, we would have to live apart. Now I don't have to worry about that anymore. You should take the exam too."

"Are you so sure the college entrance exam will be reinstated?" Lu Feng asked, raising an eyebrow.

Lin Wanwan felt embarrassed, realizing she had forgotten about this. "The country needs to rebuild and recover, and naturally it needs talent in all areas. How can we select talent if the college entrance examination is not reinstated?"

Lu Feng looked at her appreciatively, "Indeed, I was preparing to take the military academy entrance exam, but just preparing for the exam isn't enough. I also need a recommendation from the military so that my military status won't have to start from scratch."

Lu Feng discovered that she was really smart, whether it was giving Li Mei advice or her views on the resumption of the college entrance examination.

"Why didn't you tell me? I was worried we'd separate," Lin Wanwan glared at him.

Lu Feng chuckled and pinched her cheek. "I'm afraid you'll be disappointed if I don't pass the exam and won't want to separate from me?"

"You want to separate from me?" Lin Wanwan threw the question back at him, then stood up to look at Lin Xiaohai.

"How many minutes do you have left? Are you done?"

"I'm done. I thought you were talking to my brother-in-law and I forgot," Lin Xiaohai said with a grin.

Lin Wanwan glared at him and said, "Go take a shower. If you make too many mistakes, you'll get a beating after you're done showering."

Lin Xiaohai ran off in a flash, and Lu Feng came over to look at the questions in her hand.

"It looks alright, there's nothing seriously wrong with it."

Lin Wanwan handed him the notebook directly, "Then you check it, and mark the mistakes with a red pen. I'm going to check on Tuanzi."

Lin Wanwan went into the room and saw that he was indeed awake. "Do you need to pee?"

Tuanzi waved her hands and called out, "Ah~ Ah~".

Lin Wanwan quickly picked him up and took him outside.

Lu Feng took the child from him. "I'll go. It's too dark outside. You sit here."

Lin Wanwan nodded without refusing. It was almost ten o'clock, so Lin Wanwan heated up some milk to feed Tuanzi.

After waiting for a while without seeing Lu Feng come in, Lin Wanwan opened the door and went out to check. She then heard Lu Feng say that Tuanzi had pooped.

Lin Wanwan handed him the paper and told him to do it himself.

Lu Feng handed the child to Lin Wanwan and went to the kitchen to wash his hands.

"Son, are you hungry? Mom has heated up some milk. Would you like some?"

Tuanzi held the bottle, not wanting to drink at all, but just snuggling closer to her.

Seeing that he wouldn't drink, Lin Wanwan took the bottle away and continued to coax him to sleep.

Lu Feng took the dumpling and continued to coax it until it fell asleep in just a few minutes.

After the two finished doing these things and returned to the living room, Lin Xiaohai had already finished showering and came out.

"See? Copy the wrong answers into a new notebook and have your brother-in-law teach you. He's better than me."

After saying that, he went back to his room. Who wants to teach a newbie? It's exhausting.

She sat down at her desk and started doing practice questions. Lin Wanwan didn't plan to major in English, so she didn't need to take the exam.

Lin Wanwan had been torn between applying for law or English majors, but tonight she made up her mind, and is absolutely certain: she wants to apply for law.

In her previous life, Lin Wanwan studied English, became a teacher, worked as a tutor for a few years, and eventually wrote a novel.

Why did Lin Wanwan choose law as her major? Because of the novel she read, "because Brother Cheng is everywhere."

Lin Wanwan smiled happily, "China National University, your big sister is here!!!"

Standing behind him, Lu Feng saw her laughing happily and asked, "What are you laughing at? Why are you laughing so happily?"
