Chapter 109 The Notorious Kidnapping Village

Song Jin bought a ticket for three days later. After buying the ticket, she took advantage of dark and returned to Taolin Brigade with the only small bag she had with her.

She went back after dark because she didn't want everyone to know that she had returned. After all, in the eyes of the villagers, she was the poor girl abandoned by Chen Liang.

The villagers here are all pretty nice, and she doesn't want to face other people's sympathetic looks.

She doesn't want to pretend to be a good person.

She is doing well, but that doesn't mean she is in a good mood.

After joining the brigade, she never went to the end of the village to see Chen Liang again. After making up her mind, she was determined not to see him again in this life.

It gets dark very early at the end of October. It was just after eight o'clock when the whole brigade was in darkness. Song Jin walked all the way to his doorstep under the moonlight.

When I was still a few steps away from the door, I saw a person sitting on the ground in front of the door. He was trying hard to stand up, but he couldn't.

The weather was cold and windy, but the other party was wearing thin clothes. Song Jin had good night vision and saw that he was only wearing a thin sweater. He frowned, but ultimately did not say anything.

Chen Liang had been secretly taken home by the team leader and his wife at night. He lived so far away that they couldn't take care of him all the time.

She doesn't even keep an eye on him or eat properly, let alone take care of herself.

He could only go out at night when no one was around, and would stay at Song Jin's door for a long time every night.

Today, as usual, I had just sat down for a while when I heard footsteps coming from afar.

He didn't know why. It was dark and he couldn't see anything, but he just had a feeling that she was coming.

He wanted to hide quickly, but he couldn't stand up after trying several times. One of his legs was weak and the other was numb from sitting.

Even when Song Jin walked in front of him, he still couldn't stand up successfully.

He didn't dare look up at her, as if she wouldn't recognize him.

In just a few seconds, he thought of countless answers to Song Jin's questions: Why did he appear here, and why was he sitting here?

Why can't I even stand up...

Yes, he felt even more inferior because he couldn’t stand up.

He couldn't even stand up in front of her. He was obviously missing her so much that he was going crazy.

But at this moment, he didn't even dare to look up at her.

However, he never expected that Song Jin walked up to him but did not ask him anything. Instead, he sighed and helped him up.

She used a lot of strength, and Chen Liang only felt the pain in his arm being pinched, but he did not react. He just kept staring at Song Jin blankly as he did when he was helped up.

Song Jin dragged him to his door without saying a word. Although he used a lot of strength, he was still concerned that his legs were not moving fast.

When he arrived at his door and made sure he was standing there, he turned around and walked back home without saying a word.

Chen Liang felt a panic in his heart, and he subconsciously said: "Ajin..."

His voice was hoarse and low, as if he hadn't spoken in a long time.

Song Jin did not pause, did not look back, and did not respond.

She walked quietly to her door, took out the key, opened the door, went in, and closed the door.

Chen Liang felt heartbroken. She really didn't want him anymore. Wasn't this the result he wanted? Why did his heart hurt so much?

Ajin must be extremely disappointed that he didn't even want to ask him.

He deserves it, he should suffer.

After Song Jin entered the door, he also felt a discomfort in his heart, as if it was being tightly grasped by a big hand.

But she won't let herself soften.

I originally wanted to stay there quietly for two days and then leave, but I didn't expect him to go home, and I didn't expect that we would meet like this.

Song Jin got up and went out again in the middle of the night. After making sure that there was no one outside the door, she went out and locked the door from the outside.

By hanging this lock, no one will know she is back.

People who knew she was back would think she was gone again.

Sure enough, the next day, when his mother delivered food to him, Chen Liang asked her indirectly about her whereabouts. When he found out that she had left again, he almost knocked over the bowl in his hand.

She was probably hiding from me.

The captain's wife looked at her precious son, whom she hadn't shed tears for twenty years, and covered her eyes with her hands, tears streaming down through her fingers like water.

She felt bad too. She wanted to say something, but opened her mouth and closed it again.

Forget it, children and grandchildren have their own blessings.

She turned and walked out with tears in her eyes, leaving space for her son.

Song Jin stayed at home for a day and packed up all her things.

The house returned to the state it was in before she moved in. None of her things could be found, as if she had never lived here.

At night she heard the rustling noise outside the door again, and after thinking about it she guessed something.

He didn't go out to look again, but just entered the space alone.

In the middle of the night, after making sure that there was no one outside, Song Jin quietly left.

Goodbye, Taolin Brigade!

After leaving the team, she entered the space. She had nowhere to go in the city now, so she decided to leave after daybreak.

Afterwards, she stayed in a guesthouse in the county town for a day. She had a letter of introduction written by Director Lin for her to conduct inspections in multiple locations as a technician. It did not have a date on it, so she could use it repeatedly.

On the afternoon of the third day, she boarded the train to Ning City with only a small bag on her back.

There were no setbacks along the way. We didn't encounter any thieves or human traffickers. We arrived at Ningshi Railway Station peacefully.

After sitting for three days and two nights, her back and waist ached.

Without any special connections, she couldn't buy a sleeper ticket, and finally only bought a soft seat and rode all the way here.

There were rickshaws at the door after she got off the train. She thought about it and got on one of them.

The driver of this car looked to be in his forties or fifties, had a smart look, and his car was very clean.
